Location was close to everything and enjoyed our stay. 2 pools so take your choice. Staff was professional courteous and friendly. Breakfast was a plus with plenty of choices.

We had a very late check-in due to a late flight back from Europe. Thought we would give this place a look as we had stayed at the PHX Airport Hilton many times and wanted to try a different Hilton property prior to driving home the next morning. Our late night check-in interaction with Sylvia in reception was seamless. Knackered tired, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a "snack goodie bag" after a really long day of international travel. I was able to text with Sylvia whilst enroute and she assured me that our reservation would be held until our late arrival-which indeed it was. As we arrived so late, the restaurant was closed-so can't review that. The breakfast the next morning was AWESOME, as was the serving staff! We did not stick around to enjoy any of the resort's other amenities; however, I could see us returning for another stay when we had more time. The pools looked enticing and clean. Our room was quite dated-but comfortable and very well maintained, as was the rest of the property. All room entry doors egress to the exterior of the building (like old motels). Gardeners and cleaners were observed busy at work the morning we departed. I think that the room rates are fair IF you used the resorts amenities and did not just do short overnight stay like we did.

This was great for our family. Excellent service, great breakfast and reception. The pull out couch mattress needs replaced.

The overall does not bode well for this place. The staff are good and attentive. Breakfast was good, that's about it. The rooms ( at least our room ) are in very bad shape and outdated. Carpet, furniture, bathroom, paint and overall condition was very, very bad. Certainly not worth the price. The $13.00 parking charge is totally unwarranted. I honestly answered the text I received from the front desk on day two asking me how things were. I sent them the same pictures. They responded that they would pass my concerns to management. Never heard a thing from anyone. They know it’s an overpriced experience.
