I really don’t give five stars, but this place was very nice. Everyone was super friendly. I love the old style architecture that has been maintained so it perfectly matches the old town area of Scottsdale

Others had given Embassy Suites Scottsdale extensive reviews, my experience was similar. Excellent customer service provided by David at reception. He should be the employee of the year setting an example of going above and beyond to ensure the Hilton brand stands above the rest. He acknowledged us as being Hilton Diamond members. This is a great example of loyalty going both ways, room upgrade, a delightful goodie-bag and a warm sincere smile. One review mentioned that towels not being available poolside. This was not the case for us. There were plenty of towels just adjacent to the room where they have their extensive morning breakfast and generous happy hour. So why not a five star review? Well, pretty simple, the mattress was very soft, perhaps too soft not typical of this brand. Maybe it needs to be replaced? Also, the pullout couch in the separate living area was lumpy so lumpy I thought two or three springs would pop out. I would not hesitate to stay here again nor hesitate to recommend this fabulous resort to others. If you choose this resort enjoy and I hope you are checked in by David.

This Embassy Suites is so clean. The staff is amazing and the location is perfect! I’ve stayed here multiple times and it has never disappointed!
