A classy stay with classy service

Clarissa at the front desk made sure that I was set for leaving early in the morning! The attention to detail at this hotel is superb and highly recommended. The atmosphere and old world style was charming and the rooms comfortable and quiet.

The Benson has been one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in such a long time! Beautiful hotel and great service - everyone was so welcoming and they went above and beyond to make every guest feel special P.S. Bobby at the lobby restaurant was INCREDIBLE so kind and had so many wonderful suggestions in Portland!

Very good service, especially Clarissa in night reception and helper at bar May 3 (sorry didn't get his name). Terrific service who helped me out. Valet service also excellent One quibble, the tub walls are very high and very difficult to navigate for someone like me who uses a cane
Stop searching, this is where you should stay.

A great hotel! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, all at a very reasonable price. Bobby in the Palm Court restaurant took great care of me at breakfast. Can't wait to return!
