A great hotel! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, all at a very reasonable price. Bobby in the Palm Court restaurant took great care of me at breakfast. Can't wait to return!

A beautiful hotel with friendly staff. They had it equisitely deocorated for the holidays complete with a gingerbread village! The stairway museum was a great plus. Fantastic location and easy to visit what we wanted to see from here.

Excellent service from everyone on staff, but particularly Bobby! Bobby was incredibly warm and friendly, knowledgeable about the hotel and the area, and recommended delicious brunch items. We felt truly taken care of at all times, and when we had a small issue, it was resolved in 5 minutes. The bed was THE BEST, and the hotel was very quiet. Beautiful decor as well. I would absolutely stay there again!

There were technical issues during check-in but Clarissa at the front desk handled it gracefully. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here.

While I looked forward to staying at this historic venue, I experienced a number of issues. My bathroom flooded from the floor above rendering the room uninhabitable. Thankfully, the hotel staff quickly moved me to another room. Similar to other reviews on this property, there is an awful smell in the lobby and lower level. Whether it is mold or chemical toxins, it is awful. The staff try their best to assist guests, however, an old hotel equals a lot of maintenance issues.
