Enjoyed our time today at the beach bar. The shining star of the staff has been Eduardo Tinocc. Only his 3rd day and excels with customer service beyond all others. Beautiful beach setting. Overall good but food could be alot better and more variety.

The view and beach are excellent. 5/5 stars. The customer service…a 2. Most people that work at the resort do not speak any English at all and it can feel very isolating sometimes being an American. The food is. 1/5. Every place we went, the food was not up to par with pretty much any other resort I have ever stayed at. Most of the meats tasted like plastic or were microwaved before served. Ordered a Caesar salad and only got lettuce and string cheese, not Caesar lol and ordered a bbq burger and got no barbecue. Room was only cleaned once out of the five days that I was there and room service only came twice during the week when requested. Isabel was quite lovely to talk to who worked in members. Drinks were served wonderful.

Many negative aspects, starting with the unpleasant smell, especially in the elevators and rooms. Children are not allowed in the Italian restaurant, and it's not possible to sit on lounge chairs on the sand.
