I initially booked the Hilton Puerto Vallarta Riviera using Hilton Honors points without much of a plan—but it turned into one of the most memorable trips I've ever had. My girlfriend and I were blown away by the experience from start to finish. One of the highlights was the couples massage at the spa, where Virginia and Gabriela went above and beyond to create a calming and intimate atmosphere. We felt completely relaxed and cared for. Later, we enjoyed a private romantic dinner that was nothing short of magical. Hector, our waiter, provided impeccable service with genuine warmth, while Chef David crafted a delicious menu that felt personalized and thoughtful. Paco, our bartender for the evening, mixed up custom cocktails that paired perfectly with the sunset view. What made this trip even more special was how easy it was to coordinate everything. I simply emailed the hotel staff and they helped organize each detail seamlessly—no stress, just enjoyment. If you’re looking for a romantic escape with top-tier hospitality, I can’t recommend this resort enough. This trip was unforgettable, and I’m already thinking about when I can return.

The Hilton Riviera Sunan Restaurant's chef is Jordy & servers Omar & Carlos were absolutely amazing! We caught fish today on our fishing trip - Jordy prepared it with a homemade sauce & potatoes. Jordy & the servers make it an amazing night with a unique recipe that made us feel special. Thanks so much for a night to remember!!

Had a great time. Loved my room. Waiters Esmeralda, Isela, Pedro Norma and Cesar from restaurant Vela were amazing, they made me enjoy my meal with them. Room service was great also, never had an issue with my order, I would order through my email or phone. Service was great anywhere, pool was great, the beach was good too!

Incredible service, lovely atmosphere and delicious food. The staff, Alex, Estaban & Luis made us feel welcome and took such special care of our group of friends and family for our wedding welcome dinner. We came back just the two of us for dinner and the service was again exceptional. Maribel the hostess took great care of us. The view of the ocean and the open plan design makes this restaurant very relaxing and special. Recommend for groups or couples! The group dinner was so well done and everything was quick and smooth and the staff were so helpful with every request. Thank you!

My best friend and I went on our first trip together to Mexico this last month and stayed at the Hilton Vallarta! Everything about this resort was perfect, including the ocean, pools, drinks, staff, rooms, and food. Our favourites were Javier, Juan, Jose, and Alfredo!! They were everything and made our visit amazing. As two 19 year old girls from Canada, we were a little scared to travel alone but this resort felt completely safe and all the workers were constantly looking out for us and making sure we were good. We personally didn't want a party resort and just wanted to relax so this resort was perfect as we were mostly surrounded by families and couples. The rooms and restaurants were also unreal. The staff made sure we were very happy at all times. Had the best bestie trip ever and would definitely recommend to anyone! We are already planning our trip back!!
