The staff at the restaurant Vela is amazing. Jorge Rodriguez was one of many wonderful staff. So kind, nice, generous man that works there. The entire resort is amazing. I’m actually writing this review while eating at one of the restaurants. The entertainment is great for the adults and kids. They always have activities so if you are bringing kids it won’t be a problem to keep them busy and active. Don’t forget your sunscreen. lol. They have pool area for adults and pool area for kids. Parents, you will be able to see your kids (watch them) from the adult pool. Sorry if my review is all over the place.

We had an amazing stay at Hilton Puerto Vallarta during April 2025 and the dining experience made it even better! Huge thanks to Chef Romai, Chef Karina (pastry), Chef Ramon (breakfast), and Chef Jordy (Asian food) — everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. A very special mention to Chef Jonathan Salinas — such a kind, humble, and genuine person. He went out of his way to make sure we had great food and a wonderful experience throughout our stay. Truly appreciated his effort and warmth. Also, thanks to Gil, our waiter, for his friendly and attentive service. The entire kitchen and restaurant staff were fantastic. It’s a nice place , relaxing, good for family to have fun and enjoying the weather and beautiful beaches, games , food, activities, and the service are amazing . cleaning inside the rooms and the restaurants everywhere is clean The staff are great.

This resort had a bit of everything. We have a 4 and 5 year old, and they really enjoyed the pool, beach, nightly entertainment, and kids corner. All the restaurants were good, and the Italian restaurant, La Luce, really stood out. Our Servers, Gilberto and Ernesto, were world class. Our kids loved them, and Ernesto and Gilberto went above and beyond to make the experience special. If you go, make sure you sit in their section!

Room was nice. Cleaned well daily. Friendly staff. Pool & bar was fantastic, same as the beach, very calm & refreshing. The hot tub & bar was also really cool. Restaurants were good. My favorite was the Asian & Italian (Gilberto, Ernesto & Edgar were knowledgeable about the offerings in the Italian restaurant & attentive; super helpful, this was the case throughout our stay, including the entertainment). The steak house was good, just had to share my space 2”w/mosquitos :( - BRING REPELLANT) . Basically, you can’t go wrong at any of the restaurants. I do recommend this All-inclusive option! DO IT!
