The Italian restaurant was the best. Rodrigo and Andre were so professional and provided great service and made our experience very special. Juan(server/attendant) at the Beach also was great and worked hard to provide a great service for everyone at the beach and sometimes working by himself.

The connections built with hotel employees was 2nd to none! Bibi and Wiyo from the gym. Karen from the pool deck. Isela, Norma, and all at the buffet. Big smiles and beautiful personalities made for an amazing experience. The life guards were on point always. The waiters for the most part were very attentive and accommodating.

I would love to thank everyone that made my stay here feel so welcomed. Enjoyed every bit of it. Especially Edgar. He is perfect on everything he does, especially motivating everyone, he has very good communication, he’s very social Thx to Blanca/Saul also. Also celebrated my Anniversary.10/10 Food 9.5/10 , Bars 10/10 , Pool 10/10 , Room service 10/10

Edgar, Saul de entretenimiento Antonio barra Karen the waitress, blanca the entertainer were amazing. I had such an amazing time with family and friends. I will definitely be coming back and bringing more people to be able to experience the Hilton Vallarta Riviera magic!

Fantastic resort, amazing views, amazing food, great staff. Always something to, see, and experience. Clean rooms and all amenities are extremely well maintained Definitely coming back soon and bringing more friends and staying longer!
