August 2024 My wife and I traveled to Puerto Vallarta to celebrate our 11th anniversary. We've been blessed enough to secure foreign travel for almost all of our anniversaries since being married in Negril Jamaica in 2013. Having been to Cancun 2x, Tulum and Tijuana... I was looking for a different Mexico than I've experienced, and I was not disappointed. Firstly, the grounds are immaculate I've never stayed with Hilton before, but now I understand why some of my friends and family swear by then exclusively. At no point was I made to feel lacking on this trip. The concierge staff was fantastic and intuitive, We stayed in an Enclave-level room and enjoyed those amenities very much. The staff see the upgraded bands on your wrist and ensure that your every needs are met. The ONLY thing I can say even slightly negative - of the 4 or 5 pools on site, one was being worked on at the time - the adult only pool by the swim-up bar. 4/5th of the pool was open, but a small section was boarded off while staff constructed a new drain trough. Several times daily you could hear jackhammering in that section, but the music and good times made it hard to notice it really. Side note: we stayed in North Tower, and the construction was in front of South Tower, so i wasn't on top of the loud work. The staff did a great job managing the facility behind the scenes. I work with buildings: boilers, heating, cooling and industrial. Whenever I visit anyplace, I'm cursed with knowledge! I know how foundations are supposed to look, load-bearing walls and structures, quality of paint and finishing, HVAC, waste disposal... you name it. This brain of mine CONSTANTLY tries to find problems with systems and structures. I may say that I've met my match with Hilton Vallarta Riviera. I have not had a vacation as enjoyable as this in some time, and I thank your staff from the bottom of my heart for their excellence. Personal accolades, Jonathan - Enclave Longue chef, went above and beyond every day to ensure we had great meal experiences. Breakfast was always a highlight thanks to him and his crew. Lahelia (I think) - Enclave Concierge, handled her job flawlessly and gave us great tips and pointers for seeing sights in Puerto Vallarta. Jean Carlo, Lexie & Diana - Spa, gave us one of our best spa experiences ever. Had I known the treatment would be so great, I would've prepared to visit the spa every day! I cannot give them enough praise! Compliments to the chef at Seasalt, we ate there the most often and had premium on Sunday night. I eat at local steakhouses in NYC and this was on par with any of them. Your fitness guru - never got his name, but conducted the cycling and pool pilates daily, was a marvel to behold. My wife took one of the pool pilates courses and she also certified yoga instructor. She was impressed with his abilities and instruction. The swim-up pool and beach servers were amazing. Those guys made sure you never saw the bottom of your glass! You folks at Hilton are running a fine resort. I've lived in Japan for 3 years. Seen Thailand, Australia, Philippines, and much of the South Pacific. Been to Egypt and South Afrika. Most of the Caribbean and my family is from South America. This was one of the most enjoyable anniversary trips we've ever had, and your staff are truly valuable assets to your company. Please let them know how we feel about them and take care of your people, they ARE YOUR COMPANY! Thank you Hilton Vallarta!

Great customer service from all staff! Sunan offers Malaysian food and is the best restaurant with in here. Chef was able to customize the menu for us. great food and amazing hospitality. In contrast, servers in the Italian restaurant were bit arrogant and had some superiority complex. Fitness classes with Wiyonal were fantastic!

The hotel has a really nice view and the beach was clean. Everything was good, some of the restaurants were ok. We loved breakfast at the Vela Food Hall all the employees were nice and happy to see us every morning. Marco at the omelette station makes the best sunny side up eggs! Norma and all the waiters at Vela were very nice and welcoming. My sister and I stayed for 8 nights and got to try all the restaurants, our favorite was vela food hall and sea salt both for lunch and dinner. My sister is pregnant and Natalio at the pool bar made us some really good mocktails, also Alfredo made sure we had drinks and snacks at the pool everyday. Lucas and Blanca from entertainment were so much fun! The hotel could be better maintenanced but the staff made up for all the little things we found not up to par for the price we paid.

The overall service was phenomenal. The attention to detail was impressive. We came to celebrate a milestone birthday and everyday they gave us something customized and unique in honor of the birthday. We highly recommend the enclave experience. Overall, it was a beautiful and relaxing experience.

?????????? Our stay at Hilton Vallarta Riviera was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Gloria, the Front Office Manager went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The bartenders at the hotel were amazing! Mar and Fernando (Cielo) crafted the most delicious drinks with such warmth and professionalism. Fabian, Fran, Felipe, and Jocelyn always greeted us with smiles and made our evenings by the bar so much fun. A special shout-out to Lucas from the entertainment team! He kept the energy high and made sure there was never a dull moment during our stay. His enthusiasm and charm added such a lively and engaging element to our vacation. The entire staff contributed to an unforgettable experience, and we can’t wait to return to Hilton Vallarta Riviera for another dream getaway!
