Great vacation and wonderful service at the Hilton.

Really enjoyed my stay. Came with 3 friends. The check in was a little disorganized but it didn’t dampen the wonderful experience. The adult only pool was perfect and the cabana rental was reasonable. Pool service was awesome - Juan and Eduardo took great care of us. The restaurants were very good. At La Luce our waiters Guillerme and Mario were so personable and fun. And the food was super.

Beautiful Getaway

For a vacation and a hotel experience overall is a 5/5 but in comparison to all-inclusive is 4/5. I gave a 4/5 rating as my review is comparing to my previous all-inclusive resort experience. I like to note that all the previous all-inclusive experiences have been at larger resort. For context, this was a much "smaller" all-inclusive resort in comparison to other in vacation areas and the experience reflects that. Nonetheless it a privilege to go on vacation and our stay was still luxurious. :) We never felt the need to leave the resort and here are some reasons why: 1. The entertainment team, we became LITERAL BESTIES!!! Special shout out to Blanca, Lucas, Tona and Saul who really are a dream team. Any and every event they did they were sure to make sure everyone felt included. You can tell how collaborative they are with each other and it shows in the organization and roll out of the entertainment events. Each one of them take time to get to know the name of guest throughout their stay! My family and I look forward to different events during the day because of their amazing energy. They offered creative events during the entire day from hand crafts, DIY guacamole class, tequila tasting, aquatic aerobics, silent disco and so much more!! My feedback to Hilton is to allow the team to play more diverse LATIN AMERICAN music. The music was geared a bit more to Americans but honestly they have very diverse guests which we LOVED!!! As Mexican-Americans, we absolutely understand the importance of playing traditional American music to hypes us up, we do feel like that opportunity should be equally given to Latinos considering the location of this resort. Although, we did truly appreciate that the entertainment team played diverse English music such as reggae, afro-beats, r&b, EDM, pop, 80's and other classics. 2. Puerto Vallarta is beautiful! We were told by various Uber drivers that this hotel was located near the best and cleanest area of this city and indeed it was. The ocean water was amazing and clean, some area were rocky but nothing that stopped us from enjoying the beach. There was a serve at the beach that consistently checked on us and bought us drinks from the bar while we enjoyed the beach. The pools were nice as well, although there is a small pool bar, they had several servers that checked in on guest and bought them drinks. Ernesto was constantly checking on us and made sure we were never short of a drink! The bartenders will make anything you ask for! 3. Honestly, our family and I LOVED the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner! The food was always delicious, fresh and they had always had authentic dishes available for each meal. The service was OUTSTANDING every time!!! I wish I can name each server but honestly we did not have not one bad experience in the buffet! They were all so happy to be there and talk to my family and I. I appreciate how friendly, humble and welcoming everyone was. There were food trucks out by the pool area, one has burger and the other has healthy options which was nice! The chef were friendly but feedback for the resort is have more than one chef per food truck to help them out during busy times of the day! 4. The resort has restaurants that require reservations, Mexican, Italian, Steakhouse, and Asian. We tried the Mexican restaurant and the food was AMAZING! The Chef came out and check in on us before and after our meals to get feedback from the meals we ate and shared insight on the dishes. The serves again 10/10!!! 5. Unlike other all-inclusive resorts you can only get food from room-service, after 10:30pm all restaurants are closed. The room service menu is okay but the servers were kind and respectful when setting the food in the room. Asked if we need anything or if anything was missing! 6. The resort does have different bar you can go to during your stay. I can't express how diligent all the bartenders are at this resort. From Jesus at Sky Bar when we were enjoying the Jacuzzi, to the two bartenders at the Lobby Bar while we enjoyed live music!!!! The remember our drinks and everything!!! One of them even went out of his way to go get the liquor my father requested though he didn't have it at his bar! Also, special shout out to Yahir at Mojito Bar while we enjoyed the entertainment events. He was the only bartender and even though the bar was packed he truly amazed us with his work ethic!! Again, feedback for the resort is to add a second person to support Yahir during the busy nights. However, we truly commend him for how hardworking he is and how he holds down that bar!!! 7. I did have coffee from the shop in the Lobby and the two ladies always made my Starbucks drinks with so much love! :) 8. I would say the bedrooms are typical Hilton rooms, nothing fancy. They are all beach front. Room services was good, again nothing fancy but if you ask them if for extra of anything they are happy to give it to you! Like I said, for a relaxing vacation, we got exactly what we need! We always felt safe, guards kept track of who come in and out of the resort. I can't say it enough- ENTERTAINMENT AND SERVICE 10/10!!!!!!!! We will be back because of this!

scammed..............beware

do not buy their fractional ownership. unfortunately, we did, and never recieved any money and were told we had to pay it all off to get any money back, so we did.... and never received any money from them at all. We lost all of our money and were scammed. Do not go there.

Great time and an absolutely special shout out to Blanca Tona and Saul Lucas. They made the trip memorable for us and our twin 2 year olds. Zorro ?? can’t stop talking about “Blaaaaaanca” and his Lizard. They went above and beyond for us to make our experience fun for us and our kids!

White glove service with family warmth feel.

Here for a conference with over 200 people and we all felt individually felt like we were the only ones there. The staff was beyond attentive, welcoming and professional. We had everything we needed before we had to ask. I would like to mention a few exceptional staff members, Jose at the pool/beach is a true asset to the team and remembered me by name. Luis Chef and their team of Leonardo, Francisca & Rodrigo in La Luce made a fabulous meal and drinks a memorable experience for us. I highly recommend for business and pleasure. I have never experienced this level of superior service at a Hilton. Well done team. Muchas Gracias.
