Beautiful but won't return

Had a great time but compared to other all inclusive resorts, this one is just average and has some cons that outweigh the pros. Pros: beautiful location and views from all rooms and common areas. Easy to get to the local area attractions via a cab. Bar tenders and wait staff were top notch! So sweet, friendly, and attentive. Drinks were fantastic and not watered down. Rooms were clean and AC was great! Beach was great, can snorkel a bit with the fish! Pools were beautiful and chairs were usually available (see con below). Cons: drawer/closet storage in room was inadequate for a week stay. No robes or slippers in rooms. Food was just average, nothing special and a bit disappointing. You have to make reservations online for the 4 main restaurants and it was a pain! Can only make it 26 hours in advance so we had to set an alarm st 430 every day! Only allowed to book for up to 4 people, but we had 6. We forgot one day and there was literally nowhere we could eat as everythingbooks immediately. Had to order room service since the main buffet was closed even though the hours posted said it would be open. Restaurants are very small so capacity is very limited. One morning, we put our towels on chairs to save them while we walked to find our friends and security came through and removed EVERYONE'S belongings and threw them in a bin! We all had to dig through and find our things. When people returned to their chairs, it was chaos! I understand not saving chairs for a long time but most of us were only gone for 30 minutes and having strangers touch your things is just wrong! There were other chairs available but we heard one person complained about not getting poolside and everyone else suffered. We booked through Costco so they would not honor our hilton honors rewards as a diamond member so we lost out on some of our amenities. We got 3 different answers as to why and had to let it go as they weren't willing to help us resolve it. Staff isn't trained to answer basic questions, we got several different answers to basic questions about resort credits, restaurant hours, how to make reservations, etc. Overall, it was a great vacation, we just won't go back due to the cons out-weighing the pros.

First all inclusive!

Came here for a wedding. It was my first all inclusive experience, and I had so much fun! Really good food, beautiful beach access and pools, amazing spa, a good gym, and really awesome entertainment. Shout out to Edgar who I swear did everything at this resort in terms of entertainment. He was EVERYWHERE and did a great job everytime!

The lifeguards were so helpful!

Ismael, Alejandro and Javier were the best lifeguards ever . I hurt my toe in the pool and it started bleeding. And they helped me so much amazing thank you so much for coming to my Aid.

Horrible experience

For all inclusive resort, the food is not great in the buffet but the service is horrible. Waiters are lazy and only will Do what is necessary but want tips. By the way the lazy girl at Starbucks says it opens at 10 but really she is open for coffee at 7 so very disappointing!!! All in all I would never return. Here for a wedding with 50 other people and we’ve all experienced the same bs from workers.
