The staff made my trip very special, everyone was great here! Daniel and Luis at the pool were fantastic and Sergio the concierge was very helpful. Hector at the pool bar was always fun and had a great attitude. I highly recommend a trip here! The New Year’s Eve celebration was very fun!

By no means a 5 Star: Armony Marival Resort – Mixed Experience We had a mixed experience at Armony Marival in Puerto Vallarta. The biggest issue was service. Restaurant service was extremely slow, and on several nights we never received all of the entrees we ordered. After waiting far too long, we eventually left without being served completely. This happened more than once, which made dining frustrating and unreliable. On the positive side, the beach was very nice, private, and relaxing — definitely the highlight of the property. As for activities, they were quite basic and seemed geared mostly toward children. Adults looking for engaging programming, fitness options, or elevated experiences may find the offerings limited and if you enjoy a good margarita, this is not the place, they don't use any limes, just bottled syrup which was terrible. Overall, the resort has a beautiful beach setting, but significant service delays and limited adult-focused activities impacted our stay.

My husband and I are wrapping up a one week stay at this resort with our adult daughter. The three of us were here three years ago at which time it was an adult only resort. While the rooms themselves are lovely, the accommodations this time around were lacking. While there are two adult only pools, the seating is extremely limited. We were forced to leave a very relaxing pool where we had spent our days when it was overtaken by some type of class utilizing strong incense, music speakers and some other noisy accessories. The main restaurant for breakfast and lunch, las brises, lacked service. The food was mediocre at best and drink service was non-existent. After three to four requests, we often got our drinks at the end of our meal. We at ate the hotel our first night at Silk. In spite of ordering appetizers and entrees all of the food came at the same time and was cold. All other dinners were eaten off the property. Although we utilized the concierge for some reservations, the reservations for a restaurant in Puerto Vallarta were made for the wrong day and there was no follow through on the other restaurants we requested. Additionally, the taxi service they promised was not provided. All other reservations we made for ourselves and established a relationship with a taxi driver that we used for transportation for the remainder of our stay. The drinks served in every restaurant we went within the resort were horrible. If you are looking for a resort that ONLY offers comfortable rooms with no other expectations, this is the place. If you want good food/drinks and any level of service, look elsewhere.

This is a fabulous resort. Especially if you want to relax and unwind in a beautiful environment. The suite is well furnished and large and well equipped lwith a very comfortable king size bed with soft and restorative bedding. The food is really good at all the restaurants. The activities are designed to provide you with a restorative spa like experience- including the yoga and meditation classes provided by NRGTOGO, and the sound healing. The night entertainment is fun but also tasteful, not too noisy. Loved the jazz and Cuban entertainment evenings. The staff do everything to make everyone feel special! We met several guests who keep returning and that says it all. I myself will try to return! Rhona

I like the activities on the resort for example the casino night, paint lesson with Daniel is this the second time we came and we love the excellent ambience, Rocio from entertainment are funny and helpful we love the live music on the nights too
