We visited Armony Marival for the first time and had a wonderful overall experience. The resort is beautiful, with great pools, a relaxing atmosphere, and very clean rooms with beautiful ocean views. The service was excellent, and we especially appreciated Carlos, who was always friendly, attentive, and welcoming with a smile. Alan was also very friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Christian at Casino Night did a great job, and we had a really fun time! There were a few areas that could be improved. We were disappointed with the food selection and the limited dinner options. The buffet, however, was consistently good. We also felt there was a lack of evening activities compared to other resorts we have visited. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beautiful property and outstanding service from the staff. With more variety in the dinner options and additional evening entertainment, the experience would be even better. We would like to thank the staff, especially Carlos and Alan, for helping make our visit memorable.

We had a wonderful time celebrating a family member’s wedding! Although Hurricane Simon forced some unexpected adjustments, the staff went above and beyond to ensure the wedding was still a beautiful celebration. With several amenities closed in anticipation of the hurricane, the staff was incredibly accommodating and made sure guests still had plenty of activities to enjoy. We especially want to give a shoutout to Cristopher from the entertainment staff! From the game room and pool volleyball to lending us games and hosting casino night, he went out of his way to make sure everyone had a great time. The kids (ages 6–9) also had a blast at the Kids Club with Brenda. They loved the variety of games and especially enjoyed making crafts and doing kids yoga! Overall, we had a fantastic experience! Despite Hurricane Simon’s attempts to disrupt our trip, the amazing staff made sure we still created wonderful memories. We truly appreciate their hard work, flexibility, and hospitality!

This was an unforgettable anniversary trip at Armony Marival Resort & Spa Punta de Mita, and we can't wait to come back! We loved all the amenities, but our interactions with the staff are what make us want to return the most. We know there are so many options in the Punta de Mita area, but what stood out here was how genuine, attentive, hardworking, and kind everyone was. You never stopped checking in on us throughout our 8 days with you. A special shoutout to Rafael, our pool waiter (mesero de alberca), who took care of us for multiple days. We loved his service, his kindness, and our conversations with him. He made our pool days something we looked forward to. Andres and Christopher from the activities and entertainment team were amazing throughout our stay. They checked in on us constantly and always made sure we knew what activities were happening each day. We also want to recognize Carlos, Karla, Sandra, and Rafael at the pool, Humberto at concierge, Oswaldo at Parrot Fish, the housekeeping staff, and the Brio morning staff. Thank you to the whole Armony Marival team for making our anniversary so special. We'll be back!
