Thank you all for the sustain and improved good service, animation team. In special Dany who has been taking exersices for the public in the pool. In special doing it different ways from far aways or going in and leading the people innthe pool from joung to mayor people. And care for the people and more for the kids. The food and services are very good. The only thing in personal i found not so pleaseing was to arrive and learn that the two separated rooms i booked for me and my brother where selected to be located vety far away from the pool and i arrive this year having issues to take enought oxigeno so we got eooms tha look nice but kind of less quility than the ones closest to main pool. And oly got offered to swap room olnky for me but my brither needs to be supervised close to me

Alejandro was very friendly and accommodating when it came to my 1.5yr old daughter eating with us. The food was delicious but our daughter wouldn't eat much so we had a lot of small plates that needed to be moved for the next small portion for her to try and the staff was always ready and happy to help.
