Me and my family had such an amazing time! The staff very helpfull and always with a big smile, they all made us feel like home, special mention to Adriana from the kids club , my kids loved the time they had with her. Will definitely come back and will recommend to friends and family.

I visited the Marival Resort in August of 2024 with family. I found that the resort was really convenient for us especially since we had two kids: one 7 and the other a 1 year old. The buffet style offerings were good and varied so we got to eat different things everyday. The pool wasn't overly busy for this time of year and it was awesome to jump in and beat the heat during the day. There are various bars throughout the resort and they have a decent selection of mixed drinks. If you're a straight liquor drinker, however, you'll be a little disappointed with their offering. Most of the liquor they have is lower end and perfect for mixing but not the best for shots. Entertainment was provided in the form of daily games in the pool and evening shows. Overall it was a fun experience! Special shoutout goes to the Sports and Entertainment team! The whole team was awesome but Luis, Wendy, Charlie, Paco, Kayla, Andi, and Daniel come to mind. Also, special shoutout to the bartenders Jonathan and Cristian! They were efficient and knowledgeable in getting everyone served and they were able to offer us some great drink recommendations! Their conversation kept us company and entertained while we were hanging with them at the bar to cool off. Also also, another special shoutout to our repeat servers Alejandro and Vianey! By sheer luck we got them as servers various times as we dinned in and their service was top notch! Definitely elevated the dinning experience!

Very good trip and especially big thanks to Alejandro who works at the restaurants for always being very helpful and with a smile especially when helping with two todlers. People like this really add value to this’nice hotel to relax which is great for the pools ans beach near by.

It was our first time visiting Nuevo Vallarta and my husband and I were very happy that we decided to stay at MARIVAL. Customer service is amazing! When we got to the hotel Karina Galaviz (concierge) was waiting for us, she welcomed us to the hotel with a big smile. She really made a difference in our stay at MARIVAL. Karina checked on us every day to make sure that everything was okay or if we needed anything. She helped us booked reservations for the restaurant,gave us information about everything that was happening at the hotel and made some recommendations about the tours. It really made an impact in our stay there. Karina is very friendly and really care about the guests. Overall our vacation was excellent! We Really recommend MARIVAL Resorts to family and friends! Great place, good food and amazing staff! Thanks to Karina to make us feel at home!
