We have just completed a two week stay at the Bouganville and can say that it would be impossible to find a fault with the hotel. The grounds are immaculate and well tended, the rooms spacious and clean, the food is excellent with a tremendous choice. However, the overriding memory will be the staff. Always cheerful and helpful. An extremely well run hotel.

The place is 5 star , you will gain weight from all the food , the rooms are stunning , the beach is to die for , thee staff are lovely but the evening entertainment is a bit on the hit and miss as they don’t speak English very well and will pick only Spanish speaking people up for the games , but other then that it’s a stunning hotel , we stayed on the adults only side

All good nice room nice staff very good quiet area … enough sun beds beach and pool… clean pool… and enough distance for some privacy beach and pool… Food was nice… The beach was nice but water inhabited by jelly fish… we think there used to be a net in the sea just a rope now … but we knew the sea was not blue already … but did not swim this time … but the pools are great for a cool off… then back to the beach!

Wonderful trip. All staff was excellent. The entertainment crew were so fun and personable! They love their job and it shows! The buffet was excellent, as well as the restaurants and room service! Breakfast was amazing too. We had 4 rooms and although I wish we would have been closer together, it all worked out as we were in the same building just spread out. We love casinos and visited this one frequently. It was fairly busy and I feel adding some more slots would be a good idea! I truely have no complaints and would 100% recommend to anyone!

Maria our Concierge was amazing she handled everything for us. She truly is a stand out employee for you. We also loved Fabio at front desk and Santa or San at the lobby bar as well as Julio at beach bar. Some of your staff really stand out but overall staff was really good. Entertainment was just OK the 80s night was the best experience in Entertainment. I only wish for more English speaking staff and entertainment. Your property is very well maintained and clean. You are above and beyond on that area.
