The location is stunning next to the beach. Service is excellent.Everyone is so friendly and the staff are lovely. The hotel and gardens are immaculate. The rooms are big and very clean but are a little bit dated. Very good value for your money. The Amenities are good. The food is delicious. There are 2 pools 1 quiter and a large one where all the activities happen. Would definitely go again. We stayed on the adult side.

Need to book restaurant reservation 2 weeks in advance or buffet only murky beach closed because of jelly fish outdated rooms

This was one of our best vacations. We felt the high-quality service from the second we arrived until the minute we left. The food was great, with a lot to choose from, and the entertainment was amazing. If you needed anything, you could approach anyone, and they would take care of it in no time, always with a great smile. We will definitely come back. We were told that the hotel will get a major renovation starting next year in sections, so I’m looking forward to coming back once it’s done.

Amazing week at the adults only ! Beautiful resort ( yes disappointing about the jellyfish preventing swimming but views to die for and pool literally a stone throw from the beach ). Accommodation was spotless , maintenance and cleaning staff second to none . Entertaining staff worked so so hard and always something to do ( white party was a great night) but quiet pool / bars available if preferred. Food choice was great , sampled some of the specialist restaurants( book early) . It may not be the 5 star “certain”people expect but honestly this was a beautiful week with my adult daughter , totally relaxing and beyond what we expected . Utterly Brilliant fabulous value for money . ??

Could not fault this hotel on the cleanliness the room cleaners do a fantastic job and definitely deserve a 5 star rating. However the thing letting this hotel down is the food. Quite a good selection but luke warm and no hot plates to put your food on. Consequently by the time you sat down your food was stone cold. We tried to warm food 3 times in the microwave that was there but unfortunately that wasn't working. We,found the food at the family hotel next door was much better. Another downside is trying to get into the al a carte restaurants. We had to cancel one due to illness and wasn't able to rebook. We would not return to this hotel due to the food situation.
