1) room excellent 2) food ..we ate at the buffet and found the food very good, always chicken, fish, beef, pork, pasta , vegetables, pasta , breads etc etc only did the Don Pablo à la carte which was excellent Shout out to Casar at the buffet who always kept our glasses full !! All buffet staff very friendly as well 3) drinks , we mostly drink rum or vodka and had great service at all bars as well 4) pools …clean and no issues getting chairs 5) beach is smaller area but nice walk.. 6) sea ….didnt go in water as it was murky and jellyfish issues 7) entertainment ….very good daytime games and interaction with all entertainment staff….special shout out to Francis ( boobaloo) , Mariano ( camimillo) , Madeleine, Jose…all entertainment staff DJ, apologize as I can’t recall all the names !! 8) front desk very helpful when needed Great resort except for the sea !!

Everyone, everywhere were friendly and smiling. This was a luxury all inclusive adults only stay. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. Food was amazing. Drinks were great. Entertainment was all day and into the night. Our room was very quiet and we were close to the bar!

Clean,beautifully kept grounds great food this is truly a gem,i highly recommend this resort The staff were constantly cleaning the drink service at the beach , pools and lobby was on point no negatives here

We had an amazing time at the resort. Our butler Walki was amazing he made sure our stay was beautiful he arranged all our reservations and made sure our excursions went smoothly. We did the spa and massage by the beach as well as dinner on the beach it was beautiful watching the sunset such a vibe. Definitely top tier butler, top tier resort, food was top tier everything 10/10 thank you.

My vacation at Bahia Principe Bouganville was the best I have ever had. We went as 2 couples, my brother and I with our wives. The food was very good with a very good variety. I also felt that I could eat very healthy whenever I wanted to. My brother has type 2 Diabetes and was able to eat very well. Having all of our food and drinks covered made things so much easier. Our rooms were kept immaculate, unbelievably clean. As for the entertainment, we feel like we have a new family in the Dominican Republic. Maria, Marielys, Ana, Francis(Boobalu), Mariano were all great and I miss them already. I loved the dance lessons, the games, the music. We always had things to do. We only dined at 2 ala carte restaurants, but they were both very good. We did the excursion to Seona Island which was very beautiful. I did think the massage staff on the island were very pushy and did not like to accept no as an answer. The pictures that were taken during the trip to Seona were beautiful and well worth buying. Nighttime entertainment was always fun. We also met many other guests from all over the world and made some very good friends. They also agreed this was an awesome vacation spot. We plan on meeting again here in the near future. As for the beach I have to say it was not very good. There were stories of jellyfish in the water and the water did have a muddy look to it. We spent most days at the pool and completely loved it. As I said in the beginning this has been my favorite vacation.
