The food was absolutely horrible, and the staff was not accommodating in the least. The property itself is beautiful--the all-suite rooms are spacious and gorgeous and the beach is nice, but it is NOT close (you have to take a shuttle or about a 12-15-minute walk). Overall, the staff was not friendly or professional AT ALL (other than a few great employees, but they were few and far between). The overall vibe is not welcoming, relaxing, or catering to the guests in any way.

Beach club was great, beach service from Ricardo was excellent. Our concierge Raphy was helpful and made everything smooth.

First the grounds are very nice The pool nice The food is the worst I had and I’ve been to Punta Cana 11 times the buffet is horrible the drinks are watered down and only some of them are included after you pay a lot of money to come and relax The beach you can’t walk but they that you in a golf cart but when you get there the people on the beach try to sell you something every 5 minutes no relax here we will not come back here

This was one of the best vacations me and my family have ever been to. Amazing food amazing hospitality. Everything was always accommodated for at any occasion. Special shoutout to Ricardo the beach concierge for always making sure my family and I were amazingly taken care of the entire trip.

Guest services and room service were not good, and didn't actually ever bring anything requested. For an all inclusive resort, even getting the minimal options in the mini bar refilled during my stay or getting tea was something they didn't do at all, despite multiple requests. Entrees in the "reservations only" restaurant was OK, but bread was dried out one night and stale the other. Everything, even food menus were only available via the app on the phone, and the app didn't always work. The staff didn't care and would just walk away if the app wouldn't work so I couldn't order food until it would work again. Also, having it only on the app only meant I had to go back to my room to get my phone everytime I wanted to get lunch or dinner, which was very inconvenient and annoying as I was hoping for a relaxing trip away from my phone and I'd get out of the pool by the restaurant but couldn't even see a menu without walking all the way back to my room to get my phone. The swim up to my room pool was really nice but that was about the only good thing. Even my rooms cabana smelled of cat pee cause of all the cats on the property. I get they maybe can't do much to control them but cleaning and sanitizing the chairs and cabanas should be a top priority for a high end resort. Would not stay at this resort again.
