The stay was amazing. The room was pretty big and really pretty and the beds were comfortable. The drinks and the foods were also good. The staff is very nice and warned us about all the activities.

Excellent value for money. Staff helpful, kind and respectful and can't do enough to help. Suite was out of this world. Fantastic yoga / fitness classes and cultural craft activities throughout the day. Excellent restaurants. Possibly best beach bar and sunlounge area on Bavaro Beach (in our opinion). Peaceful nature area where you can sit next to the Iguanas. Beautiful pools; plenty of bali beds, sun loungers and quiet spots. Landscaping beautiful. Excellent fitness and health and wellbeing programme with some of the best yoga classes we've ever attended whilst away. So many more positives with all inclusive such as access to 'Fun Republic' - Highly recommend this hotel

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we didn't have a single stressful or annoying moment. Everything was great. The room was very beautiful and new, with a lot of space and comfort. The people that work there are always friendly and happy to help. Every single plate of food we had was amazing. The only bad thing is that we have to leave! Special shout out to Andres Balbuena and Warner, people that work at the reception that made everything to make sure that our stay was pleasant. Last thing, the beach bar is simply amazing. The service is great, the food comes super fast (seriously, it took less than 5 minutes between the order and receiving the starters and no more than 10 minutes for the main) and the waiters are always dancing and smiling around. Overall very good vibes at Zel! Already booking my return!

Pay the money for the swim up rooms. Worth every penny. Your own private cabana, two lawn chairs and steps into the pool and a private patio. The rooms are decorated so cute and the bed annd pillows are comfy.

Good overall, still room for improvement in the level of service. The waiters were nice and helpful, but often things took a long time or they forgot about them and we had to remind them of our order. The area is really beautiful and spectacular. A short distance to the beach and the walking route there is also pretty.
