We were at Zel melia which is in Dominican Rrpublic celebrating my beautiful and favorite sister and everything was Amazing, food , entertainment and the people were very nice , My butler Raphy was very attentive to got things were missing, he made her birthday, we will come back soon , the bartender at the lobby marryny she was brilliant , wascar the best person in the resort , please keep him for ever , The staff will be the only reason we back

I enjoyed my stay, especially for the affordable price. My concierge, Fran was amazing! He was so helpful and booked my dinner reservation every night. He assisted with anything I could think of. My bartenders, Maireine and Ulise Arismendy Mateo were great!! The beach food was the best. I would recommend eating there for Lunch, and at Nokyo for dinner. Parda buffet was great for breakfast, but not my preferred choice for lunch or dinner. The beach is well taken care of on Zel's portion, but if you walk further away, you will notice more seaweed. I don't like that the day beds are not complimentary on the beach. I believe the value would be impeccable if they offered them and the padded beach chairs without an extra charge. The spa was one of the best I have ever been to. Truly something worth investing in. I would come back 100%. Check-in and out were easy. Everyone was helpful. Practice your Spanish before you come; most of their employees can speak to you more fluently in Spanish than in English. I would say to learn your basic greetings and requests.

We were cel rating our honeymoon and everyone here gave us a great experience. Everywhere we went everyone had a smile on their face and made us feel so welcome. Raphy and Wascar and Daniel were amazing to us all the time and always made us laugh. I would highly recommend coming here for any occasion.

It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Seriously, the staff who work at this hotel are so nice and friendly. They remember your name, your orders, and preferences, etc. It is really special—and must reflect the senior management, including the property manager, Mr. Miguel Diaz, who came over to say hi when I first arrived—special shout-out to Ericson Mejia, my personal concierge. I never knew how much I needed one until this trip, haha. He took care of literally everything I needed. I moved to a sister property (Paradisus Palma Real) for a few extra nights, but I was missing my people at Zel after I left. It just wasn't the same at Paradisus.
