Fantastic resort. Miguel is amazing around the pool, constantly offering drinks and always delivering the highest quality service! The food is superb, and the rooms are sensational. Would recommend this resort to anyone and will be back!

Our stay at Live Aqua was amazing! The resort grounds are gorgeous and there are people tending to it constantly. 99% of the employees are friendly, polite and professional. We went to all but one bar on the property. All the bartenders were great. The evening bartender in the Aqua Lounge made tasty margaritas. Sorry I didn’t get his name. My husband is a craft beer drinker, and unfortunately there were no options for him in that area. He ventured out and tried some wine, cocktails, and did drink the local beer, Presidente. Certainly didn’t take away from his experience. Our housekeepers were awesome and visited twice daily. Our butler, Alex, was awesome! He checked in with us at least once daily, but wasn’t overbearing. We did reach out a few times, and he was very quick to respond and helpful. We usually had breakfast at the buffet, Liberi. They changed many options daily, and had so many choices in general, including some local cuisine. We looked to seeing our server, Yohangel. He was always smiling, very accommodating and polite! Our favorite restaurant was the French one, Chez Rose. I had the best shrimp of my life there! Manuel was our server both times, and did a great job. We tried most of the dining facilities, and enjoyed good service at all of them. We had room service a couple of times. They always came before the time they anticipated it would arrive. Decent amount of choices for every meal. The resort is large, but not overwhelming like some of the other ones. We met people from other resorts on excursions, and some were definitely complaining about it. All in all, we will definitely be back.
