This resort is stellar! We booked the swim up rooms and everything about it was stunning- the bed, the space, the rain shower(s), the jacuzzi and the best part- the butler! My family consists of some resort frequenters but we were blown away by the amazing individualized service and hospitality. Danielito, Eric and Jose were amazing! The restaurants, entertainment options and spa options were vastly varied and to die for! We highly recommend and will be back!

Live Aqua Punta Cana is beautiful! This was my second time at a Live Aqua property (I went to Cancun first) and both were amazing. Beautiful grounds and rooms. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas available (included with rooms) at both the beach and the pool. However I think I will remember the amazing service most. Our two butlers, Junior and Jose, were very helpful from booking a cabana, to sending water and towels to the room. Two servers that stood out in the buffet restaurant, Liberi, are Wander and Julio. They were so friendly and greeted us with a smile every day. Lastly, our pool concierge, Josue, was so attentive and helpful. Several times we couldn't find towels and Josue went out of his way to get us towels and bring them directly to us on the beach. The people who work at this resort made our vacation extra special, I would definitely come back again.
