Amazing Staff & Food!

I enjoyed my trip to the DR very much. We stayed a week at Live Aqua and the resort is so aesthetically, beautiful. The greenery and the cleanliness of the grounds was unmatched to any where I’ve stayed. The room was great and located facing the garden. We were two buildings down from the pool area. The beach was gorgeous and the food was amazing every where we went. The French restaurant was our favorite. Our room did have an ant problem the for day or two but house keeping sprayed and left the can as I requested. I sprayed one good time, aired it out and never saw them again. The Staff is really what makes this resort so worth it. They truly made my trip great. They joked with us, laughed with us, helped me with Spanish, they were accommodating, helpful, and so friendly. I felt like I was saying good friends when we had to say good bye. Sanders in entertainment is Amazing! He instructed stretching on the beach, played bingo, taught dance, and made us laugh everyday of the trip. I was so shocked when he said he had not been there for long because I felt he was a staple in our trip. Adonis was so nice and patient with us. He was our first server at the ceviche restaurant near the pool. The food was amazing. He also helped us at the French restaurant as well. He helped us find the menus and convert them to English. Gil - was so helpful and assisted us many times to our rooms and for luggage pick up. He was a very nice guy who expressed and showed that he enjoyed working there by his excellent customer service. Jose is made for his job okay! He does entertainment so well. From the pool party and night life, he kept every engaged and moved around a lot. I didn’t engage with Red much but those two together kept the pool and the activities a live! Watching Red and Jose at the foam party brought me so much joy as they engaged with people in the pool and danced on the stage. Jhonny was so helpful at the beach with drinks and food. His personality and professionalism was a great balance. Service was quick and I love that like Jhonny most staff was nice and engaged with us and didn’t mind telling us about they beautiful home. Miladys was so nice and helpful at the lobby bar! We had just come back from buggy’s and need drinks and she was able to assist us and entertain our request. Crystal was so sweet and beautiful! If you ask her about the guest who asked at least 50 times how to pronounce Vanilla hahah she would probably remember me haha! She was so sweet and patient with us. Rachaal - was so nice and funny! He assisted us at the French restaurant and ceviche bar haha ( i should remember the names right went to both enough ) anywho Rachaal had great customer service and had so much patience for us. He and Adonis and one other staff member sung me happy birthday and it was so sweet. Julio was so funny and so helpful. He was at the Mediterranean and French restaurant. We bumped into him serval times on the resort and he was very helpful and friendly. Max helped us several times with questions late night in the lobby and to our rooms a few times. Max was so funny and professional! Haha I asked him to through me a party haha ?? he said no ma’am, he loves his job haha! Aaron gave us the best hand massages pool side. It was so relaxing. He was also a very nice guy. Yanella was a beautiful young lady who helped us check in. She also made sure we were far away from construction. ?? she was really nice and helpful. Especially with my cousin wanting to record every thing. I’m so mad I can’t remember the room service guy, I know it started with a C and it was so different and I didn’t see him again! He was truly the MVP! We struggled the first night with room service but he came through. Not sure what happened but the rest of the days were fine when we did use the room service. We had assistance from other people of course but these people I don’t think I will ever forget. Thank you for making our trip great.

Live aqua was an amazing place to enjoy our honeymoon. Our butlers Danielito and Erick were absolutely amazing and made us feel right at home. down at the beach Angelo brought us drinks whenever we needed them! It was an incredible experience!
