Another amazing stay

This was our third stay at the resort and we had another wonderful vacation. Alam was our concierge and he made our trip seamless and special. From making our nightly dinner reservations, to booking excursions, to arranging a late check out and transportation to the airport, he made sure our stay was perfect. He found us every day on the beach to check in and see if there was anymore he could do and was so responsive on messaging even about little things like renting catamarans or exploring the beach a bit. We will definitely request him in the future! Also thank you to Martin and the other beach attendants. They had our beach bed ready every morning and checked in frequently to see if we needed anything. Also thank you to the Reserve Pool bar attendant (unfortunately don't remember her name!) who greeted us with a smile each day! And big thank you to housekeeping--the best service. They came at the time we requested each day, did nightly turn down service, and our fridge was stocked daily even if we had only used one Perrier--really amazing service. We will be back!

We had an amazing week! Our accommodations and the hotel amenities were wonderful. Our concierge Christopher provided outstanding service - he had made sure we had everything we needed at all times, handled all reservations and ensured we were kept informed on daily hotel events. He helped make our vacation a wonderful experience!
