We made our first trip to the Dominican Republic and it was well worth the trip to stay at the Real ! The staff was top notch and the resort was the best! We could’ve just been happy with the planned activities at the resort and staying on the beach but the excursions we purchased while at the hotel were the best. We really suggest the zip line and dolphin swimming!! The staff was always very kind and beyond helpful. If you can request Christian Gonzalez for your concierge I would definitely do so he went above and beyond as far as helping us plan everything and making it a wonderful stay. Our favorite main man at the front , Jose , was the best ! The room was more than expected and anything we needed it was provided quickly and always with a smile! Definitely worth a stay at this resort!!

Our overall experience was great. The atmosphere, staff and ambience were very beautiful. Our concierge, Obiso Antonio Sina was very involved in our stay. I would and have definitely recommend Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Spa Resort. The one thing that I didn't really like at all was the sales pitch by management to purchase what I would call a "timeshare" while we were trying to enjoy our trip and scheduling an appointment to do so.
