????? 5/5 – Awesome Sports Bar at Paradisus Palma Real! Kicks Sports Bar is a great spot to hang out if you’re staying at Paradisus Palma Real. Elidania was the best bartender ever! Makes the very best Gin & Tonic. The energy is fun and relaxed, with tons of big screens showing all kinds of sports — perfect for catching a game or just chilling with friends. The service was excellent — super friendly and fast. Our server made us feel right at home, and the drinks were on point. The cocktails were well-made, and the local beers were served ice-cold. The food was surprisingly great for a bar setting! We had the wings, sliders, and nachos — all delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. There’s both indoor and outdoor seating, and the music added a nice vibe without being too loud. Whether you’re into sports or just looking for a cool place to relax, Kicks is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend checking it out while you’re at the resort!

Trip was 5 stars! Our concierge’s Eriol and Fransisco were very attentive and gave us peace of mind our entire trip! Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for great times with great food!

I can’t say enough about this resort, specifically the staff. Unbelievable experience. We went there to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, including a vow renewal, with 37 family members and friends. About half of us had the Reserve level, but the concierges were kind and accommodating to the whole group! They went above and beyond. The grounds are meticulously maintained. The pools were large and clean. The beach was cleaned daily, which is a task to battle the seaweed this time of year in Punta Cana. Some specific shoutouts to the staff: Luis is the most high energy, enthusiastic young man I’ve ever encountered at any of the dozens of all inclusive a we’ve been to. He was our server at every lunch (Kanna grill), and some dinners. He went out of his way to be accommodating, fun, and just a great host at every meal! The best. “Second only to god!” Junior at the breakfast buffet was incredible as well. Start your day out right by visiting him each morning. Maximo at the wine bar was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to throw us an epic wedding reception. He and his supervisor, Francisco, are just absolute professionals. Do not visit this resort and not go see how they can make your experience better. Our concierge was Eriol. I think he was pretty new, but still went out of his way to make the trip special for us, including a beautiful decoration of our room on vow renewal night. Many of our guests had Gustavo as their concierge, and this young man was nothing shy of amazing. “Everything is perfect” with Gustavo. Again, just went out of his way to help. We also loved Felix at the hibachi, and Ismael who helped serve out reception. Last but not least on the staff call outs, Louisa in Guest Services. One of our guests couldn’t seem to sleep without a fan blowing in his face, so Louisa took an uber to town, face timed us to pick a fan, and delivered it to our guest. Just too much! She helped with countless other things as well. If she’s not already in charge of guest services, she needs to be. Just an overall excellent experience. We’ve never felt compelled to return to the same all inclusive twice, but we will be back to this one, and we will definitely check out other Meliá properties. Thank you so much for everything!

This is our second time visiting this resort and we have enjoyed it both times. Raphael took excellent care of us each day on the beach. The service was excellent. Zenova was fantastic and took wonderful care of us. She had a dinner set up for us the day we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed the entire trip. Luis served us when we had lunch at the manna beach club as well as dinner and he was so attentive and did a great job. We frequented the adults only pool bar as well as the main pool bar and the bartenders there we fantastic. They remembered our drink order after one visit. We had breakfast at Sante each day and the hostess there was so friendly and has our room number memorized by the end of the trip. The waiters there were great and on top of their game. We had a great time and will plan to return.
