We wish to inform you that on May 14, 2025, a fire affected specific areas of the Bahia Principe Grand Coba property.
- Check-in and check-out processes are now being handled at the Bahia Principe Grand Cobá Kids Club
Renovations and upgrades will be taking place next to Bahia Principe Grand Coba starting from April 21, 2025 with an expected completion date of November 30, 2025. Work hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily. Some of the restaurants will be relocated, and although some noise may be heard, all efforts will be made to minimize impact to guests during this time.
Overview
The Bahia Principe Grand Coba is a family-friendly All Inclusive resort located in the Bahia hotel complex. The resort is located in the heart of the Riviera Maya and features two large lake-shaped pools, a children's water park, a 36-hole golf course, as well as a beautiful beach location. It is a perfect spot for a memorable family vacation by the Caribbean Sea.

Guests staying at Bahia Principe Luxury Sian Ka'an, Bahia Principe Grand Coba and Bahia Principe Grand Tulum receive discounted golf at PGA Riviera Maya.

Going back for a 3rd time! It's great!!

This was our second time visiting and we loved our last 2024 trip so much that we just booked another! The pools are great and food is AMAZING! We have been to 5 or so all inclusive resorts, and the food here (especially the buffet) was hands down the best we have ever had! We also really liked the snack bar by the pool, and also the hibachi restaurant. The selection of food options is wonderful and the quality, selection and presentation were outstanding! The bars are great too with many beverage options for adults and children as well. It's easy to get around the resort with all the shuttles available and the water at the beach is absolutely beautiful (see pic - it's not enhanced - that's exactly what it looked like!!). Our 8 year old son has been talking about how much he loved it (especially the snorkeling) ever since he got back. "When can we go back?" has been asked 100s of times! My family and I highly recommend this place for so many reasons. I hope you love it as much as we do!

i went in october to november 2023 I had a great time. I went as a family of 4 a 12 year old and a 5 year old. entertainment was great for all ages and my kids had loads of fun especially at the beach where we went snorkling and saw loads of fish. the food was good quality and our favourite restraunt was the japanese one where they cook the food infront of you. the food tasted amazing as well. service was good staff were really friendly and nice my kids also enjoyed seing the monkey racoon animals i don't know what they were but they were funny and created gpod laughs with me and my family.beds were pretty comfortable and the room was nicely cleaned.pool was cold as expected. we stayed over the halloween period and they made the hotel all spooky and one of the sister hotels had a lovley memorial stand as mexican culture one had mathew perry on it
