Exceptional Service That Feels Like Home

This was my sixth visit from Canada to this resort over the past ten years, and it continues to be my favourite vacation destination. While there have been some changes over time—including optional upgrades that allow guests to further personalize their experience—the heart of this resort remains the same. What truly keeps us returning is the exceptional, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Of particular mention is the Colonial Lobby staff Daniel and Catalina who are absolute gems. Their attention to detail & excellent service did not go unnoticed and was so appreciated! At the Hacienda Buffet Estefania has grown a warm welcome into a beautiful friendship that’s has spanned over the past 7 plus years. There are so many other familiar faces throughout the resort whose consistency, warmth, and attention to detail create a welcoming and safe environment that feels like home. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully cared for, offering a relaxing and secure setting to unwind and enjoy every moment. It’s the combination of outstanding service, overall safety, and the natural beauty of the property that makes this place so special and keeps us coming back year after year.
