I just arrived today at the hotel very poor on food. We when to 3 different restaurants they told us they had no food till 6 pm. We left the house last night at 3am and come to the hotel and no food. all day hotel is really big you walking 20 min from restaurant to restaurant to get answer we don't serve food till 6 pm. My blood pressure dropped and I almost past out because no one wanted to serve me foooddd. WTF do not come to this hotel. Poor customer service. I when to sports bar I ordered 3 times food

Came here for a wedding and I’ve only been here for about 4 hours and it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had as a traveller. The hotel arranged our private airport transfer - after over an hour of waiting we’re told that there’s “traffic” and then “mechanical issues” with our private transfer and asked if we can do a shared shuttle service instead. When speaking to the other passengers we found out that they had the same issue and were told the same excuses about their private transfer. We’re all staying at the same hotel. Once arriving to the hotel we are waiting to check in for another hour because they could not find our room reservation. Once we finally got our room we had trouble locating it on the property and when we asked several bell hops for assistance we received no help. The rooms are extremely outdated, the beds are not comfortable (I can feel the spring) and there are no elevators. The food is disgusting and there are long wait times for the one buffet on the property. I’ve been here for 4 hours and if I wasn’t here for a wedding I would have never booked this hotel and I recommend no one ever stays here. As someone who has stayed in countless of 5-star resorts, this place has more in common with a motel 6 or a super 8 than any 5-star resort I have been to across the world.
