I am not happy with my room after 5 years at your hotel you gave us a small room with no view and far from the lobby and the beach and swimming pool services and our travel agent had mentioned you VIP......we we intend not to come back here again and mention this on your website.... thank you an unsatisfied customer

This resort is well maintained and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The restaurants were all great and the a-la-carts were VERY good and the staff were amazing. Loved the fitness staff and all the activities.
Good luck we won't be returning

We have travelled all over the world and always stayed in similar rating hotels unfortunately for us this hotel fell well short of our expectations Having travelled from the UK (10hrs) followed by a transfer of 90 minutes we arrived at the hotel booking in was easy but unfortunately then it started to go down hill. There was too much emphasis on hard sell upgrades I've just travelled for hours all I want to do is get settled in not listen to all these super deals at excessive prices. Eventually we got to our room clean spacious but outdated some would say it had a nice ambience but we couldn't see to put our clothes away so dark even with all the lights on. Now the food,we tried the buffet style restaurants and the showcase ones, Le Hacienda,Le Dalia, Chang Thai,Portofino and Bahir E Brassa and also the sports bar which serves food.Out of all of them Le Dalia was the best. Le Hacienda was like a school canteen, the pad Thai in the Thai restaurant was like nothing I have tasted before slushy noodles with a spot of cayenne pepper,I wont begin to comment on the others why can you not serve warm food!!! The chicken in Bahir E Brassa had running blood in it. As I have already stated I'm well travelled if you think this type of food and service is acceptable then I feel sorry for you. The fast food in the sports bar was shocking half the time they didn't have what was ordered and when it came guess what it was cold. Now some positives the complex is lovely the staff are friendly and the secrets bar/pool is lovely wildlife contact very good Whilst there we spoke to a number of Brits who had been many times before but like us won't be returning. To the senior management of this complex I would say you need to install some restaurant managers and systems whereby cooked food is kept warm. If you have restaurant managers they need some serious training. Previous posts have spoken about cold food it seems you have done little or nothing about it. I wish you luck for the future because I suspect you will need it as I for one and many others won't be returning
An Oasis that is well worth it

I was part of a larger sporting group that played Pickleball and I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience at this resort.
Great all inclusive with many options

This was out first time and we were very impressed with this Palladium Resort. Some great food buffets, different national cuisine restaurants, nightly entertainment in different lobbies, excellent spa and athletic facilities including pickleball. We did not know it contained 4-5 hotels with different amenities which could be upgraded. Many of our friends upgraded to receive nicer accommodations, a personal butler service and access to several much better restaurants and amenities. If not for those upgrade and higher end options we would have rated this resort at least 1 full star lower. We are simple travelers and unfortunately our experience was at the lower end.
