The Iberostar Selection Paraiso Maya Suites resort is located on a beautiful white sandy beach in Playa Paraíso, between Cancun and Playa del Carmen in the Riviera Maya section of Mexico. My husband and I travel to many different Iberostar hotels. Maya was on our list. ONLY the restaurant staff was the best memory. All the rest of the staff were very rude. They can care less after check in. Food wasn’t good like other Iberostar’s . They very pushy about selling “The Club” and book a tour on your vacation time. Get ready to WALK a lot from one point to another!!! The disco and DJ were HORRIBLE! We left after 2 nights! WE WILL NEVER COME BACK ! Save your money and time. This place is NOT worth it!

We stayed for 10 days at this amazing Resort, having a lot o among times with two special people,Alexei and Daniela from the entertainment staff. They engaged us in activities and came to us regularly to talk and keep us entertained We loved it and we highly recommend Iberostar and especially their entertainment staff. The rooms, restaurants and especially the bars were on a par well above previous resorts that we have visited. A great place to have a family vacation.
