Please note the following maintenance work schedule for the aquatic facilities located at Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo and Iberostar Selection Paraiso Maya Suites.
Pirate Ship: Maintenance work has begun and the area will remain closed until May 6, 2024.
Lazy River: Maintenance work begins on May 6 and the lazy river will remain closed until June 6, 2024.
Water slides: Maintenance work will be carried out during the month of September and will remain closed for the month.
All efforts will be made to minimize impact to guests during this time.
Overview
The Iberostar Selection Paraiso Maya Suites resort is located on a beautiful white sandy beach in Playa Paraíso, between Cancun and Playa del Carmen in the Riviera Maya section of Mexico. This all-suites hotel is surrounded by gardens and Mayan architecture. The lobby bar is a replica of Chichen-Itza pyramid!
Exchange Privileges: Guests may access the services and facilities of the Iberostar Paraiso Lindo, Iberostar Paraiso Beach, Iberostar Paraiso Del Mar, Iberostar Tucan/Quetzal and Iberostar Cozumel (transportation not included - without charge (09:00 to 18:00 hrs*)

Irving was fantastic. Great steak restraunt. Service was phenominal. Server spoke great english to our group and was very entertaining. Our group has some glutten issues and he was phemonial with all the help with the main course and all the deserts.
Steaks at El Rancho are top shelf.

El Rancho….,Irving’s service was outstanding; food was amazing; this is a must visit when at Iberostar resorts. I had the rib eye with blue cheese sauce and cream or spinach, followed up with the brownie for dessert. The pepper with the steak is HOT.
