Mercedes was amazing thank you for great service. We have been to Royalton Rivera over 4 times and she was was the best! The sea bass was amazing! Highly recommend

This review is solely about the employees who showed us such a great time during our stay from June 25 - July 2. Israel (breakfast buffet) remembered us and knew our drink order after one visit for breakfast. He was thoughtful and attentive, and won my daughter over by making her a napkin ‘mouse’ a couple of the mornings. Israel made every morning special for us. Helena (evening buffet) was much the same and knew that when she saw my daughter, she’d want a big glass of milk and knew ours as well. A warm smile and very kind. Carolina (kids club) was my daughter’s hero all week. Not only does she paint faces like a pro, she runs the kids club and the evening kids festivities (and more). My daughter can be shy at first, especially in another country with complete strangers, and Carolina showed her caring attention right away and my daughter wouldn’t stop talking about how much fun she had and that she couldn’t wait to see her again. Nassar, Carolina, Oscar (Diamond Club butlers) definitely helped us during our stay. There was an issue with our refrigerator and even though it did take a bit of time to get it remedied, it was handled wonderfully. They helped with other Diamond Club services and were appreciated every step of the way. *Knowing drink orders and having a kind smile and a warm greeting may be looked over by many, but these are some of the things we’ll remember about our trip - the way we were treated and the personal touches we received. Yes, this is their job, but that doesn’t mean many will do it well or in a way that is respected by those you help.

chong, isaias and jesus are very special people! chong is my half chinese brother and isaias knows how to have a good time and keep the drinks coming! jesus is firecracker trapped in a small body, full of energy! hes a cheeky fellow, i’ll leave it at that ;)

The zen teppenyaki was amazing. Jesus, isias, and Armando were amazing! Best food at the resort. The resort itself is huge. Lots of pools and bars. It's difficult to book the restaurants, it is not as accessible as other resorts but it is worth it for the trouble. I think that restaurants should be booked through guests services and not through the app.

Absolutely amazing experience! Chus was great! Isaias was so fun! The grill experience was amazing. I highly recommend going!
