Our whole trip was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool, and the video arcade center is always a favorite of my grandkids. Some stand out employees really made our vacation wonderful from the greeters to the concierge desk Pasquale, Barrett, Bryan and Greg always had a smile for us. The front desk where we interacted with Hitomi, Bertha, Kim, Layne and Randy, each and everyone of them were wonderful to us! We had the best time dining at Oceana Coastal Kitchen. Blanca is the sweetest gal and my grandson’s always love her. Our server Christina was wonderful and she remembered us from our last visit and knew what we were going to order! Amazing! We also loved that Margarita stopped by our table to say how much the boys have grown since our last visit . John was also helpful bringing us out our drinks to get started. The food is fantastic and we love dining here. We also found that Elsey and Loraina in housekeeping were standouts and finally we got to speak with Dennis the operator who always seemed to answer our calls and was super helpful too! Thank you for making us feel so special and we will see you in another 6 months again!

We loved our stay at the Catamaran Resort. The location is great, with spectacular views. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Our check in was very easy and a pleasant experience. Diante was very helpful and courteous. I would recommend the Catamaran to family and friends.

I had the pleasure and opportunity to work with Diante, who was fast, friendly and efficient at his job. He was able to take care of the situation and correct it in a timely manner. We stayed here for 4 nights arriving near midnight on Christmas evening. We chose the hotel due to proximity of relatives, and didn’t due much research. We were pleasantly surprised! The hotel is situated on the bay but a quick walk to the ocean. With a Polynesian flare it really feels like an oasis within the hustle and bustle of Pacific Beach. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. The pool area included a large hot tub which was perfect for a December visit. Only complaint was that the $44/night resort fee covered a lot of items that are more relevant in warmer months. Would have liked to see some alternative items included for a December stay.

Diante Ashby helped me resolve a reservation in a professional manner. He provided me with excellent customer service in a timely way. We have stayed at the Catamaran in the past and always enjoyed out time there. However, I woud return to the Catamaran if for no other reason than my interaction with Diante today.
