This hotel is SO BAD. Someone else wrote “ Customer service was terrible, and the woman at the front desk had a clear attitude and lacked basic professionalism.” 10000%%% I even told the manager how rude she was and he didn’t care. The rooms haven’t been updated since they were built in 1960s. Their “king beds” are king beds because “it’s all they have and they say they are kings”. My tv didn’t work. Our closet door was broken. The bed is a queen at best. The rooms look like a motel 8 and the staff is so rude it’s like they don’t fear any reproductions or have a desire to ensure a pleasurable stay. My HONEYMOON night was laughable at best for this place. Like the photos are atrocious this place is trash.

Overall a nice hotel and property. Staff are very nice and property is clean and in a good location. The rooms are a little worn and it appears some are more updated than others. Jist keep in mind this is nit a fancy resort but a mid tier resort with decent amenities. Pool closed and didnt see a gym.

Fantastic experience starting with Joanna at the front desk. She was friendly, helpful, informative, and an absolute delight. Beautiful room in a beautiful neighborhood of San Diego. Loved everything about my stay, especially the friendly and helpful staff.

Renee and Kim truly embody exceptional customer service. They worked tirelessly to help extend my husband and I stay at the resort, and the entire staff’s service is genuinely top-tier.

Had a girls bday day at the soa! Shay at the front made us feel so welcomed! Anything we needed the front desk crew was there for us! My massage therapist was Todd!! He was just the absolute best!! Made me feel completely comfortable, great chit chatter, and one of the best muscle massages everr!! So relaxing and just a wonderful experience! Thanks to all! Def will return!! -Shell
