The resort itself was beautiful but the room was very dirty. Dead bugs on the sink and gnats flying around the room. Trash in the top dresser drawer including a pill bottle, lipstick on all glasses with a paper cover put on ans if they were clean and filthy robe hanging in closet. Sliding door did not lock so our room was not secure.

The Customer Service at the Catamaran Resort and Spa was wonderful. Diante helped me resolve my problem and was very thoughtful and professional doing so. I appreciate someone who takes the time to listen and has the ability to understand and cares enough help me. Thank you so much Diante!

Everything is perfect, people, location and the amenities. I came here as a child in the 60s, with my wife in the 80s and then this trip as a 40th anniversary of her moving to California. To maintain such high quality over such a long period is a exception feat. Congratulations to the Catarmaran Hotel for keeping the memories alive!

Diante! The man. The myth. The legend! Our family has traveled long and far. We’ve stayed at many resorts and hotels in the the past but DIANTE is the reason we keep coming back to the catamaran!! The service across the board is always the absolute best but the way Diante helped us with even the small troubles made our family vacation even more memorable. When we come to San Diego, the first place we call is the Catamaran and every time, the service is impeccable. Thank you for all the help but an extra thank you to Diante for being the MVP!
