We stayed for 3 nights. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are cute and spacious. Kids loved the gym and hanging out at the huge and beautiful lobby.

Fantastic hotel with friendly professional service. The rooms are beautiful, we booked a standard Queen deluxe room and upon arrival was upgraded to a suite. This just added to our great experience of San Francisco, the maid service of the rooms was very good, our room was cleaned to the highest standard. On our last night there was a wedding and was very loud, I rang concierge and asked how long it would be going on as we had to be up early for our flight, we were told 10pm. Offered free breakfast but wouldn't be there so asked me what would help. Told the guy a bottle of wine and the manager brought it up. Such a nice guy. Highly recommend this hotel. Thankyou for a great stay.

Nice art deco style hotel. Rooms well equipped. All staff friendly and helpful. The Italian restaurant attached to the hotel seemed quite popular. We had drinks there. Our only complaint would be rather miserable waiters in the restaurant!

Stayed here for a quick business trip - Melinda at the front desk was so helpful! She helped me get settled in and answered all my questions. The room was clean and I enjoyed my stay even though it was brief. Convenient location to my company’s office.

The Marker Union Square is a delightful blend of historic elegance and modern comfort. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from Union Square and major attractions. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Tratto, the hotel’s restaurant, offered a fantastic dining experience. While the room was a bit cozy, it was well-appointed and comfortable. I would gladly return on my next visit to San Francisco
