Hidden Gem!!

We absolutely love this hotel. It is totally a hidden gym. Perfect location with a short walk to Union Square and the theatre district. Bars and restaurants all around. But what makes this place great is the staff. They always go the extra mile to make you feel special.
Horrible customer service

Do not stay here horrible customer service. Was there 2 nights ago and at check out had to pay a destination fee 43$ a night, which was fine, only to receive a promotion email 2 days later from this hotel saying the fees have been waved for new customers. I called to see if they can waved the fee since i was there 2 days prior. Customer service hang up the phone on me twice, plus they even ask for my number just in cause the phone disconnect. I never received a call back, which means it wasn't a bad connection. Call the next day, the person took my information and said someone will call me, a week later still no call
