Not the perfect location, however the great staff and facility made up for the shortcoming of the location. Food and service at the accompanying restaurant was excellent.

Short stay, but the staff and the hotel were great. The double queen bedroom was clean, cozy, and quiet. I recommend the hotel to all no matter the occasion.

Excellent service and nice hotel, central to the city. Resturant is great, hearty meals at a high standard.. Would certainly recommend.

great location,atmosphere, room was very cute for a great price. very clean hotel and very welcoming!! cute welcome gifts at check in. jenna dhali and charles were such a great help and vibe! hope to come back again !!

Hello, we had fantastic guest services by the Assistant Front Office Manager, Dhali Robinson! He is one of the best hotel manager’s I’ve encountered and helped my mother & I upgrade rooms when my original booking called for a smaller room than I thought I booked. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking in the Union Square area in San Francisco, thank you!
