Lovely hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The positioning of this hotel is perfect. The staff were always friendly and helpful and the on-site restaurant is exceptional. Loved Melody in the restaurant. It’s lovely to have the opportunity to toast s’mores at night. Having access to coffee in the lobby for longer and in the late afternoon would be wonderful as it disappeared at 10am

We had a great 4 night stay at the Hotel Zoe! We were instantly greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable front desk gentleman ( didn’t get his name). He was able to give some tips and ideas for visiting San Francisco. The kids loved the smores each evening and the courtyard was a quiet nice to enjoy in the evening after walking all day. We had two adjoining rooms and it was perfect for our family. Housekeeping was great and thorough. You really can’t pick a better location if you plan on visiting Fisherman’s Wharf or Pier 39.

Hotel Zoe provided us a great stay and a good location to base our San Francisco experience. Arriving very late at night (almost midnight) we were met warmly and give information about where we could eat. We missed the sheet explaining what the hotel fee covers so we didn’t do some of those things. The room was clean and the servicing as expected. On checkout the staff were helpful and gave us information on our onward journey.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as we always do. We've been staying here for years! Roy Caspillan goes above and beyond constantly and he should be commended for his great service. I would highly recommend Hotel Zoe to anyone coming to experience San Francisco. It is an ideal location.

Good location is about all I can say for this hotel. Well that and friendly valets (Ben and Zeikiel?) The rooms are very compact but nicely decorated. Husband and I were both bitten in bed by something. Housekeeping very late every day (after 3pm) As we are early risers we were up and out before 8 am daily by 3pm we were generally back and wanting to freshen up for dinner but the late housekeeping did disrupt this. Door lock failed one day and caused disruption and several visits to front desk before maintenance was called to fix. Would I stay again. No.
