First time in San Francisco and didn’t have a clue what to expect but Zoe was recommended by a friend and so glad we took their advice! Really nice hotel in a good location (Pier 39 and cable cars are very close) and our King room was absolutely fine…big bed, proper pillows, good toiletries. It had an honor bar fridge that we didn’t use but we did put our own drinks in from a local Trader Joe’s We had breakfast in the hotel twice and they were really good both days…my wife had the Mexican omelette one day and said it was the best omelette she’d ever had! She asked Ricardo , our server about the recipe and he said it was the chef’s secret family recipe! The best thing about the place was the staff! The aforementioned Ricardo at breakfast was great (we asked him whether he could recommend a walk for us to do in an afternoon as the morning was already arranged and the one he suggested turned out to be superb!) and Cameron in the bar at happy hour was a really friendly guy too. My only slight gripe is the WiFi in the room was very hit and miss…you can pay for “better” WiFi but it worked fine everywhere else in the hotel so not an issue. Highly recommended

Absolutely brilliant stay wonderful staff Jose front desk, Jose pestcatore restaurant, Roy front desk brilliant location, safe area lots of activities and places to eat. Room spacious and kept clean every day. Pier 39 nearby. Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful I will be back in the future Thank you for making me feel welcome

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The location is perfect it is an easy short walk to the pier and surrounding areas. The room, common areas and restaurant /bar are cozy and comfortable to relax after a busy day. The courtyard with fireplace and S’mores is a cute homey touch. All employees that I had the pleasure to encounter were professional, courteous and helpful . I often travel solo so safety is very important I felt very secure and safe in traveling throughout this area and highly recommend Hotel Zoe at Fisherman’s Wharf. D Young

I highly recommend the Hotel Zoe in San Francisco! I have stayed here many times and I attribute this to Jose! He is a terrific manager and the consummate professional.
