Nice experience

Robert L (London, United Kingdom) on Oct 05, 2024

I was a little disappointed at first because I usually stay in larger hotels, and this was the only hotel my company could find to accommodate me during the conference. However, the staff at this hotel surprised me. They were very friendly and accommodating. Max at the front desk was very kind and helped me get a nice room. The food at the restaurant was amazing as well. I really enjoyed my four night stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Hotel in a great area.

roberthV7379SP (Manchester, Vermont) on Oct 04, 2024

First rate hotel, quiet. close to attractions, super comfortable beds, and hospital clean bathrooms. Restaurant food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Staff was very friendly and go way out of their way to help you. Fisherman's Wharf is only 3 blocks away, an easy walk to one of the most iconic areas of San Francisco. Beds are the most comfortable I've slept on and got a great night sleep every night Room amenities are reasonably priced and they don't gouge you for a snack. Free coffee in the morning in the lobby was an unexpected pleasure.

Hotel with an oncost

Tom C on Oct 03, 2024

A nice clean comfortable hotel in the Fishermans Wharf District only let down by the punitive sense of entitlement realised by the $40 per night, on top of the room rate, amenity fee for standard amenities e.g WiFi, fitness room, or a small discount on one or two items. This puts the director responsible for this below the level of the barrow boy in my opinion. After all the barrow boy wouldn't add an amenity fee for having a standard barrow would he ? This hotel needs to sharpen it's competitiveness to rise above the need for this behaviour which I can see is being challenged in many states.

10/10 meet my expectation

353cainFeb02 (Reno, Nevada) on Oct 01, 2024

My experience in this hotel was exceptional and I was greeted by Jose front desk clerk with a positive professional attitude. My wife and I love the room. Location is perfect, near fisherman wharf and walking distance. Overall this hotel meet my expectations. And thank you jose for taking care of me and wife upon check in.
