We stayed in the Signature Harbour View Suite during the Vancouver Auto Show. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by very friendly staff, which set a great first impression. The suite itself was incredible, spacious, well laid out, and finished to a high standard. The harbour view was stunning and easily the highlight of the room. Overall, the suite was genuinely impressive, and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The Fairmont Pacific Rim has earned the top spot on our list after visiting 12 Canadian Fairmont properties in 2025. From arrival to departure, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and exceptionally well cared for. The Fairmont Gold experience was outstanding, striking a perfect balance between refined luxury and relaxed comfort, ideal for a couple’s getaway. We were thrilled with our upgrade to a beautiful harbour-view room featuring a Japanese deep-soaker ofuro jetted tub. It became a highlight of our stay, a serene, spa-like retreat where we could unwind together while watching the harbour come alive. Dinner and cocktails at The Botanist were a standout experience. The food was creative and beautifully executed, and the cocktails were among the best we’ve enjoyed anywhere. It felt intimate, vibrant, and effortlessly sophisticated, making it a perfect evening spot for couples. The hotel itself is modern, sleek, and thoughtfully designed, with excellent amenities that elevate the entire experience without ever feeling excessive. Everything flows seamlessly, from the public spaces to the private moments. After an incredible year exploring Fairmont properties across Canada, the Fairmont Pacific Rim stands clearly above the rest. Fairmont Pacific Rim is a strong contender for Vancouver’s best luxury hotel. With a prime downtown waterfront location, the property offers breathtaking views of Vancouver Harbor and the surrounding peaks. We splurged and reserved Fairmont Gold accommodations which provided beautiful freshly renovated rooms and a wonderful private lounge. The quality of lounge food and beverage offerings surpassed expectations. The service was spot on and seemed sincere in their desire to make us comfortable and our experience personalized. We joined a couple of friends for dinner in the hotel’s restaurant, Botanist. The place was packed, which is unusual for a hotel restaurant. Our experience proved why it has such a great following. The cocktails, dinner menu and outstanding service provided us with a culinary adventure that we will not soon forget. I highly recommend this property to anybody who is fortunate enough to have a night to spend in Vancouver.
