This was our second time staying at Fairmont Pacific Rim. My husband and I first visited in March 2019 for our baby moon. We loved it so much that we brought our whole family, including our extended families. The service was just as amazing as it was the first time we visited. As soon as we arrived, Vienna greeted us so warmly at the check-in desk. After hearing that we were there years ago for our baby moon, and now returning with our 2 daughters, Vienna gave each of my daughters an adorable stuffed animal. They love those animals and clung to them for the whole trip! In our room, we had two kids’ bathrobes for my girls and a bottle of champagne and chocolates waiting for us. The hotel staff really go above and beyond and think of every detail to make your stay so special. Housekeeping kept our rooms spotless. Room service was so attentive. We loved eating at The Botanist every morning. The food is delicious. Our family was so happy that we chose this hotel and everyone had an amazing time. We will definitely be back!

Great location, many great attractions, restaurants and amenities within walking distance. Stanley Park is a must visit, this can be walked around from the hotel. Lovely waterside atmosphere. Clean, comfortable, modern and large rooms with great black out blinds that also restrict noise levels considerably. Couldn’t fault the hotel at all. Fantastic gym with modern facilities and multiple workout rooms. Definitely return.

We very much enjoyed our short stay prior to an Alaskan Cruise. Great comfortable Room. Great Concierge (Clara Sikorski) and overall service an attentive-ness. Lobby could benefit from remodeling as it appears a bit dated.

The staff are amazing……they make you feel like a rock star, and everyone should experience this at least once in their lives ????!! It was my partners birthday and they had a little cake in the room for him!! Great food amazing atmosphere, beautiful people and calm energy!!

Fantastic service all around. Such kind and helpful staff from check in, housekeeping, helm services and concierge. Restaurant was very nice.
