I came to Vancouver to get my Canadian passport renewed and the Pac Rim Fairmont is very close to the passport office in Sinclair Center. The views from our room are stunning! Additionally, the staff are delightful. We plan to come back again soon and highly recommend this hotel.

Service was top notch, with the concierge providing a lot of help and support to book dining options. Was able to interact via text with Royal Service for almost anything we needed. We ordered in room dining, which was delicious - and while we were at the pool, they came and took our dinner plates away. Highly recommend.

We stayed with family to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had high hopes when we heard that the gold lounge had recently been renovated. The lounge was beautiful and the food was also great, especially the chef-prepared breakfast. I would like to thank all the servers at the gold lounge, they provided the exceptional service! However, the gold concierge team was a little disappointing. They were friendly but not as special as other Fairmont gold concierge teams. I have stayed in almost every Fairmont gold room in B.C and every time I have stayed in a gold room, the service has exceeded my expectations. Maybe my expectations were too high? Overall, it was a great stay. I almost forgot, but the housekeeping team was also the best!!

We stayed at the Fairmont Pacific Rim with our family over Easter weekend and loved every minute of it. The service was truly exceptional—some of the best we’ve ever experienced. We felt thoroughly spoiled, from the attentive staff to the delicious offerings on the Gold Floor. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including Le Labo products, a Dyson hair dryer, and a luxurious heated Kohler toilet. We were generously upgraded to a harbor view room, and I especially enjoyed lounging on the sofa in the sun while my boys watched Formula One. The Gold Floor was so perfect, we hardly felt the need to leave. Afternoon tea was a standout—elegant canapés that felt like little delicacies. A special thank you to Patrick, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We’re already planning to come back every month for a staycation. Can’t wait for our next visit!

Excellent experience at Fairmont Pacific Rim. The staff are very friendly and the service is fantastic. Harbour view is fabulous. Pretty close to Canada place and Gastown. Very convenient. Highly recommend for family or couple stay!!!!
