We had a wonderful view of the harbor from our room at the Pacific Rim. Loved watching the cruise ships and sea planes. We upgraded to the Gold level and loved the honor bar, breakfast and small bites throughout the day. This upgraded our experience for sure. We had some plans to explore and the city, but ended up watching several World Cup matches at the great big screen experience just outside the hotel which we really enjoyed. The house car was so convenient and nice. We have stayed other places in Vancouver, but this is now our favorite. Shout out to Melanie in the Gold lounge for arranging a great to-go breakfast for our early flight! Service was the best!

One small negative was the noise created by a Ferrari’s poor exhaust system and the echoing noise around the hotel when the car was revved. The noise woke us and other guests up.

We stayed 2 nights at the Fairmont Pacific Rim before boarding our Disney cruise. Our stay was fantastic. This hotel delivers "old school" customer service and amenities. The housekeeping services are among the best I've ever had...they paid such attention to detail. I had an outstanding cocktail in the lobby bar, along with one of the best sushi rolls I've ever had. Additionally, we ate breakfast at the hotel both mornings, and it was delicious! I highly recommend the raspberry croissant. The waitstaff was first class. Customer service is outstanding throughout the facility. The rooms are very well appointed. The location is also amazing as it is within a short walk of the cruise terminal! Would highly recommend this hotel, without reservation!!

We stayed here on 2 occasions on our trip. The initial welcome outside is always lovely. The team here and in Bell Services were superb. Check-in was swift and very professional. Our room was well appointed and spacious. Super clean with very comfortable beds and pillows!! This sounds silly but any regular hotel visitor will know how a rubbish nights sleep on rock hard pillows can affect your sleep quality and quantity. Breakfast was lovely. The whole team in the restaurant were all customer focused. Great location for everything. Great access to the Cruise port and the boat planes. I will definitely be staying here again.

This hotel is truly exceptional. Our room was spacious and modern and had floor to ceiling windows with electric blinds for easy privacy. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. Robin at the bar made my wife this special Gin drink (Shibuya) that she loved. He even gave her the recipe so she could make it when we got home. Gabriel at the front desk made our checkout process special. We travel frequently so we will definitely be back!
