Beyond expectations! Friendly and timely service. The staff thought of everything before I knew I needed anything! Food delicious, beds are heavenly! staff went above and beyond to accomodate my desire for an our door patio and fireplace.

From the moment we arrived at the Fairmont Pacific Rim, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The team went above and beyond to make my proposal truly unforgettable, and I could not have asked for a more perfect setting. We were staying on Fairmont Gold, and the Gold Concierge VIP team was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and genuinely invested in making everything go smoothly. They helped with the planning and details around the proposal, anticipated our needs, and always made us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation. Every interaction we had with staff was warm and professional, and the service throughout the hotel consistently exceeded expectations. The atmosphere, amenities, and overall attention to detail made our stay feel very special and memorable. Thanks to the amazing team at the Fairmont Pacific Rim, what could have been a stressful planning experience turned into a seamless and joyful celebration. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for anyone planning a special occasion. A well-deserved 5 stars!

Stayed at the Fairmont Pacific Rim with my triplet sisters for our birthday and had an amazing experience. The hotel is gorgeous, but the standout was Kyle, one of the bartenders, who went above and beyond, he even arranged last-minute access to a sold-out comedy show for us. His kindness made our celebration truly special. Highly recommend this hotel for exceptional service and a memorable stay.

This was our second stay at this hotel at the end of a skiing trip. If you have an opportunity to stay here, do it! You won't regret it. In particular, go for GOLD if you can and get pampered. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and there to make your stay enjoyable. Terrific location and a most relaxing stay.

The staff members at the Fairmont Pacific Rim were all absolutely outstanding. In particular, I wish to thank Vienna at the Front Desk for kindly helping me navigate through the neighborhood and being so friendly throughout my stay there. Zain at the hotel entrance also provided exceptional service. Furthermore, on the day that I arrived, the person who opened my taxi door knew my name before I even checked in - among all of the hotels that I have stayed in the past, this was the first time that this happened. When I needed something to be printed out for my work, it was ready within ten minutes. Thank you so much for this amazing experience. I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I travel to Vancouver.
