Another great vacation at the Paradisus Princesa del Mar

This was our 3rd visit to PPDM. Once again, We stayed in the Royal Services area in a swim out room. Our room was very clean and we had no issues. Our butler's Ernesto and Randy were amazing. Cuban and Canadian days were fun. All the employees we came in contact with were friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Jefe Ventas the Manager for your kindness and attention to our request.

So Much Fun in the Sun This hotel was ideal for our girls’ escape. We had a minor hiccup at check-in, but Baltasar, the Food and Service Director, handled it with grace and efficiency. Food options were limited but totally understandable for Cuba, and the quality was solid. Carlos and the entertainment team were the life of the resort—always getting people involved and lifting the mood. Big cheers to Annarey at the Royal Service pool barand and to the towel lady—their warmth and attention made every day better! Would absolutely come back for another round of sun and smiles!
