From check in to check out the friendly team worked tirelessly to ensure our stay at the Empress in Victoria was perfect. So many thoughtful details for my baby too

We celebrated our wedding anniversary and we were welcomed with a suite upgrade and complimentary bubbles to enjoy in our room. The food was amazing at the restaurant and our server, Paul, gave us the best service. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Everything is good. Gold lounge is the best! Worth every penny! Will comeback here with the whole family next year. The bed and the room is spotless and we have every thing that we needed. Staff are very attentive with our needs especially the filipino staff that are working in the gold lounge.

Great hotel, not such a great view from our rooms though. Atmospheric afternoon tea, grossly overpriced ($100 for 4 slices of bread, fillings , some sweets , scones and a couple of cups of tea!) Still, we enjoyed both the atmosphere, the feel of the building and the overpriced tea.. So, it is overrated and overpriced but it was certainly memorable!

Our stay at the Empress was excellent. Staff were welcoming and the service was top notch. Our room on the Gold Floor with a view of the harbour was splendid. The hotel service is good but the Gold Floor staff go a step beyond. From the concierge service to the lounge it was a fabulous experience.
