Please don’t waste your money on this hotel. The staff is TERRIBLE! Soo rude. . Front desk closes at 8pm and they are just the rudest . Hotel is a ghost town. Beach is UNUSABLE! Rocks rocks and more rocks. We own at divi phoenix and stayed here because of construction at Phoenix. Waste of 12 days! If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. Only one “restaurant” own and it closes at like 5: 30. Been to Aruba over 20 times and I have never felt so bad about a vacation.

Views and accessible to beach and other amenities. We will definitely be visiting again with family and friends in the near future.

The location is great, the beach is clean and very easy to access from the rooms, there is a very useful free shuttle services among the three resorts. The room was nice and clean. The worst part of my staying there was the interaction with staff members. They were always unpolite and unhelpful, we asked for some help for arranging in advance (one day before) a transfer to the airport and they just told me to be sure that I will have find a cab available. The service at the bars and restaurant is very very very slow (I understand that we are on holiday but it is really a waste of time just waiting). A very strange option by buying vouchers was available for those not selecting the AI, with only one person selling the voucher (the same doonf check-in), so I have waited 40 min for getting the voucher for a drink at sunset and at the end the sunset happened and I didn’t see it! So, if Aruba is an happy island, people working there are not happy people!

Amazing hotel accommodations. We traveled with a group of 26 family members. Hotels were all beautiful. Food is delicious. Beach and water were exceptional. The people of Aruba love their country and welcome tourists. Snorkeling, jet skiing, fishing and exploring the island made for great memories! The only negative part of Aruba and an excursion I'll avoid next time is: Aruba's Ecological trails and Urirama Beach ride. (Horrible)

5/5 For this hotel. It was clean, close to airport, friendly staff and great food! Did all inclusive and was happy with it. It gave us access to 3 resorts and its restaurants. The drinks were really good unlike typical all inclusive that water drinks down. Nightly shows were nice and late night food available until 1am. I liked the Divi Dutch because it was quiet at night. Also my 1 bedroom suite was amazing!!
