Beautiful views, excellent service

I'll keep it short and sweet. First the Good: Excellent food, exceptional service. The BEACH is the reason we picked this resort. Make sure you download the Palace APP. Everything is at your fingertips. The Awe Spa was excellent ( Thank you Veronica for my amazing haircut) I'm not a spa person, don't really like to get pampered but my daughter and I decided to use up the Spa Credit received with our booking. My husband and I traveled with two teenagers and we all had a blast! My husband and kids loved the everyday activities ( volleyball, water polo, beach soccer , aqua fitness) the entertainment team is absolutely amazing and fun. Sports Bar , roof top pot, gym , all very good. All the amenities were excellent. We did run into a few issues but nothing that ruined our vacation. The NOT so GOOD: The sweet/coffee place next to the pool was so understaffed . It's definitely one of the most popular places for the kids and teenagers but it shouldn't take 1 hour to get coffee or ice cream, frappuchinos, crepes, etc. the few people we came across upon ordering seemed so sad and didn't look like they cared whatsoever. The resort is a bit outdated, and the smell is the lobby bathrooms were toxic. We tried to stay away from using it. The room toilet wasn't functioning throughout the week, but we were impressed how quickly maintenance arrived. Thank you to Francisco, Eduardo, Gabriel , Gabriela and the amazing wine Sommelier . Shout out to the entire entertainment staff. Our kids still talk about you all. We will definitely be back to this resort. We were told it's undergoing construction this year, so we're looking forward to seeing it looking freshened up a little.

Sep 2024 . Let's get started always welcome us we nice treatment cold towels to refresh our self's. Food wise is variation for all the persons organization for areas around hotel and each of the restaurants really well, all employees welcome our self every single time and very polite . Our interaction we the roof top wich we expend most of our time employees was awesome and great we all family members chef Mauro he's attention and food was delicious, bar tenders Adrian, Antonio,damasio ,Joshua was great . Down on restaurant buffet area our favorite server angel great service and very polite all times always remembered our beverages and us ,also have to give to chef Alfredo good food and remembered us on our breakfast time . Was our 2nd time on beach palace and was great stay . Thank you to all employees because have to give them a big applause they do such a good job on all areas and always welcome and very friendly and polite not matter wich area cleaning, pool,Cafe area,hallways, resection, gif shop, spa,shows ,etc. Thank you beach place crew
