Like a fun family every time we go.

We have been coming to the Beach Palace since 2014 and our experience gets better each time. Luis and the entertainment crew were amazing this time. Michelle, Laura, Sergio, and of course Luis were great, fun, smart and patient with us especially during water polo when we’d get too competitive! Gabriela is always making the best breakfast on the grill. We had a great experience at MOMO our waiter Pascual took care of us and the kids by ordering appetizers before we even sat down to ensure we’re taken care of. Chef Ricardo came out and made bbq tuna for us. It was a great experience overall and this is why we love coming here. Andres and Fernanda were wonderful and took care of us for breakfast. See you next time!

The best resort in Cancun! The entertainment makes this experience so amazing. Luis is the supervisor and always makes everything so special for us! There is water polo, volleyball and all of it is lead by special instructors. Sergio, Michelle, Laura to name a few. The Asian restaurant is spectacular they treated us so nicely. Ricardo the chef spoiled us and the waiter Pascaul was so lovely.
