We are a family of 4 staying at room 203 and 204 atm. We are very unfortunate as we were treated poorly by the front desk staffs. They were very inconsiderate and refused to help an elderly woman who sits in a wheelchair to get in her room (203) late in the evening. We had to come down twice to the reception to resolve the issue. Even then they were unwilling to help. We were frustrated and they didn’t care at all. I dont recommend this resort to anybody and hoping nobody gets treated the same way we did. Very very bad customer service from the front desk. Regarding the hotel, it is situated at the edge of the hotel zone by the dockside so the beach is not nice at all. I didn’t wanna swim close to where the boats are parked. There is only one pool. Our room smells bad, like a drainage or something. It is spacious enough since we chose the ones with sea view, there’s really nothing much to see. Such a waste of money paying for the «view» we dont have. All we can see from the tiny balcony was tree tops and sand. Had i known this we would have booked somewhere else. We booked 2 sea view rooms and during check-in the lady was saying we only booked 1 room with sea view and 1 economy room. Funny, we have a proof sent in email of what we booked and she tried to lure us otherwise. They have 4 restaurants, 2 of them are closed so technically just 2 restaurants. One where the buffet is and one a la cart. The food options in the buffet is ok enough if you’re a first timer in an all inclusive hotel. We are not, so honestly, i would recommend other resorts. This place is not disabled nor it is children/family friendly. We regret staying here and will not come back again. Bad treatment and poor hotel facilities.

It was really good, great service, really good food and drinks, most of the employees were always in a good mood, the only bad thing was that there were bugs in the room I was in, and the first day the internet was failing, great service overall.

Restaurant reservation is a joke there, if you are visiting the resort for a short amount of time, you’ll never have the chance to eat at the restaurants, since it’s packed with reservation made days before. Also quality at the front desk or shuttle service is really bad.

The The hotel was fantastic and the staff was fantastic. Fantastic also love the food. The staff very friendly. I will go back again and take my family.

One of the best hotels in Cancun excellent service beautiful view fantastic location just what we wanted to enjoy and share our wedding anniversary celebration very grateful to everyone at the hotel but especially to the Chef and his team they made our stay much happier and pleasant
