Very beautiful property with friendly welcoming staff. The only problem was getting USD not pesos change

Great location on the beach , amazing restaurant and bar staff. Rooms clean and comfortable, cleaner everyday. Entertainment excellent and lots to do. Staff work hard to provide a wide variety of activities. All a bonus after a frosty reception when arrived. Had an epic journey from Uk to be ordered to wait in line as I rested on the counter for support. Guest services were frosty and dismissive when required restaurant advice to book. We felt as though we were an inconvenience despite several attempts to befriend them. All other staff including, pool towel, and beach staff were extremely friendly and happy to help. Some training could be given for the friendliness to be extended to front of house ! The young man who checked us out however was very nice.

This stay was Beyond my expectations even though I had to wait to check in (i was there early) I got to use the facilities and it was amazing throughout, wished I spent more time in the hotel itself but a reason to return

We booked this hotel for one night because we wanted somewhere convenient for the airport. For the price, it did the job, and the staff were the best part of our stay. The woman at the front desk was kind and patient, and she took time to explain everything at check-in. Our room had a comfortable king-size bed, a wraparound balcony, and a decent view. The toilet kept running, but housekeeping and maintenance came quickly when we reported it. The resort felt smaller than others we’ve stayed at. The beach was okay, but it was small and didn’t feel secluded, with people passing through nearby. We also noticed what seemed like fuel pollution from the nearby harbour, so it wasn’t the beach experience we’d hoped for. The drinks were fine, while the food was mixed; some dishes seemed undercooked. Nothing about the stay was extraordinary, but the service was good and the price was reasonable. For a short stay near the airport, we felt it was worth what we paid.
