Staff were nice and helpful. I felt the Mexican spirit. The beds were comfortable. But the only thing is they need to fix the door handles as my family had trouble getting in with the card.
Familty acation at the Occidental

Stayed 5 nights at the Occidental Costa Cancun. The good is that the rooms are very clean and the service is great. All inclusive food and drinks are a great value. The bad, everything shuts down at 11pm, yet they blast the pool music at 8am which faces most rooms. Youu must make reservations for the restaurants. Its a small hotel, yet it looks much bigger online. Only one pool and the beach is ery small and right net to an arear of tour boats. Overall a good hotel if on a smaller budget.
Very nice resort

Me and my family enjoyed this resort, close to everything and loved the layout of the resort. It was nice to be close to the beach and pool area.
Honeymoon trip

My wife and I took this trip for our honeymoon after a recommendation from a family friend who had stayed here before. It was a great experience and would like to come back again sometime.
First time in Mexico - not the last though!

This was our first visit to Mexico and I have to say the country, the people and the hotel were nothing short of amazing! Very friendly and efficient staff in all areas of the hotel and nothing was a bother to them. The concierge service was an excellent source of information in all aspects of our holidays. Cancun is definitely worth a visit and Occidental Costa Cancun is the place to stay
