So many broken things!! The beach was not kept clean with the grass & trash that collected in the grass that washed up. Got bitten by bugs just trying to get into the water.

Small quaint perfect resort for a quick affordable get away. Vanilly and Daisy in the Albatros restaurant/buffet were wonderful kind friendly always greeting you with a smile and remembering your drink orders for breakfast and lunch. Thank you. We will be back for sure.

We loved everything, except we were so looking forward to a warm heated pool, because when we stayed at the Barcelo in Puerto Vallarta, we loved that. This pool was freezing cold, and the Snooky beat disco monkey beat music at the pool was annoying. Mostly older people (and it was spring break) wanted to hear anything but Snooky monkey beat (boom boom boom boom) for 6 hours straight.

We have been coming to this hotel for 25 years. We love the small size compared to some of the huge resorts. The pool, restaurant staff and cleaning staff are excellent and always so kind. The rooms are beautiful and the landscape is gorgeous. Love the pool and all the activities and food wise, there is something for everyone. We love the room service option too!! We will be coming back soon and counting down the days!! . My only negative is that my husband is handicapped now and trying to get a handicap room is hard to get even with letting the hotel know in advance multiple times that we have to have a handicap room. We could not enjoy our vacation last time here like we would have liked, since it was so stressful not having a handicap room until the middle of our stay and they had us leave our first room by 9am and then wanted us to wait until 4pm for our handicap room which is unacceptable. We are hoping this trip will be better or we might have to just try a different chain of hotels next time. We visit Cancun twice per year.

Great service awesome food. Great dining excellent staffing. I enjoyed every moment will recommend family and friends to visit. Best vacation. 24 hour service definitely a five star ratings.
