The food is OK, the rooms are a little gross, HOWEVER the staff make the experience. The staff are 5 stars. They work so hard and deserve all the recognition for this being a nice resort. Special shoutout to Enrique Perez and Alex Malos. Our experience would have been 0 stars if it had not been for them.

This people are thieves and they steal anything around them. I did booked the hotel and when I arrived they told me my booking was single booking which I paid $2000. They told me to pay another $1700 for 2 persons booking and they will refund my single booking. Now they are changing stories they will not refund based on their policies. Which clearly say to cancel a booking they charge 1 night which is $200 however now they don’t want to return my single booking. Why steal openly, make genuine money not stealing from tourist.

I made a huge mistake booking this last minute and ignoring the reviews. We were disappointed as soon as we got here. The lobby is outdated, the food wasn't edible, and the staff barely speak english and lack professionalism. There was also several times i was a little grossed out, the kitchen grill in the buffet area was disgusting, and i saw a bartender at the beach using his bare hands to grab a lime when making drinks. We even tried the restaurant that requires reservation, and it was actually worse. I really tried to make the most of it, but the truth is that there is nothing positive to say. Even the beach is tiny and would not even consider this to be a beach. Don't be fooled by the pictures! After 2 days , we decided to leave.

The rooms that I payed for were not available. The food was the same every day. The drinks tasted the same no matter what you asked for. Overall what made our stay better was the friendly staff.
