Just returned from a 7 day trip with my husband and 2 older teenage children. We had a fantastic time! The beach and the pool are beautiful and well maintained. The shows every night were very entertaining (my favorite was Michael Jackson) and the entainment staff kept us busy and having fun during the day without feeling pressure to join in if we just wanted to relax. Every worker regardless of their job was welcoming and we were always met with a smile. The snack bar came in handy for a quick coffee and snack and they set up a delicious buffet for the world cup games that played while we were there. I highly recommend and want to go back already!

Do not stay here! Pay the extra. My friends wedding was here so we were forced to stay. Checkin was 50 minutes!!! There’s only 3 restaurants and a buffet. You can’t eat at restaurants without RSVP! But no one shows up! There’s no beach. No swims up bar. No waitresses . Old room. Not enough staff. Do not stay at this budget hotel. Not in tourist zone. TV has no English channels but CNN! Total dump and I’m not even a snob. Plus the so called concierged was closed before 7pm. Look at the balcony! Can’t even fit a chair! No light in bathroom! Then I almost slipped bc sink was dripping!!! There was a leak! The maintence man band aided with some kinda tape! Then my husband got locked out of the balcony!

Our family had an amazing time. The staff was super friendly and helpful the rooms were clean, the pool and beach were never too crowded. Our servers in the buffet restaurant were amazing, Vanilly and Pepe always took great care of us and brought us everything we needed. The beach bar was also great to have so close to the water for ease getting refill. Great job everyone!

This Hotel far exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect. Space was always clean. Food was great. Entertainment excellent. Would highly recommend 10/0

This place was super clean, the staff was extremely friendly & service was amazing. I would definitely visit again.
