The primary issue is that we reserved and paid for a room with 2 bed (there were three of us on the reservation), but upon arrival, the only room they had for us contained one bed. Their solution was to bring another bed into the room and move us to a different room the next day. On the second day, others arrived and the same thing occurred with the bed situation. Concierge is not helpful and is focused on selling you the off-site 90-minute breakfast to hear about their resorts. Waitstaff, bartenders and pool staff were very friendly and helpful....they all get 5 stars. But the front desk and concierge get 1 star.

We have just returned from 10 nights all inclusive here and absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend,.I went with my husband and 15 year old daughter. We arrived in the aftermath of storm Beryl to a flooded room and the Reception staff ensured we got a new room which they personally checked, there was a clean up exercise across all of the areas cleaning the leaves from the pool area and mopping up floods - they did really well considering the affects of the storm across the country. The hotel was kept very clean and tidy throughout with maids coming daily to clean the rooms and maintenance ongoing to upkeep the hotel. The food here was lovely, there was such a great variety each day with a breakfast buffet ranging from fruit, yogurts, pastries to cooked options of pancakes and sausages etc. The evening food options didn't fail either and we particularly enjoyed the Italian restaurant (which you need to book for) my husband had the beef fillet which was cooked to perfection. I think what makes this hotel as much as the above were the staff, what a wonderful set of people, walking round the hotel everyone had a smile on their face and said hello, they genuinely looked happy to be there. The bar staff were non-stop making cocktails and the ladies round the pool tidying up and taking drinks orders, a particular shout out to Junita, what a lovely woman - she often worked around the pool serving drinks and was always so happy - nothing ever seemed too much for her. The entertainment staff were fabulous as well, seemed to never stop and always have something ongoing whether it be exercise, kids activities or the afternoon adult challenges which were fun. The evening entertainment was very professional and varied, the Michael Jackson tribute was amazing! All in all - a great experience and would definitely go back - thank you ????

everyone was really friendly towards us. Great service room service also very great everyone there treats you so warm and welcoming and loving no complaints about good employees the food and all the restaurants were amazing Including the buffet. Alfredo, Pepe and David, the manager were really the most loving amazing people that worked at the buffet that treat you so much like family always make sure that you’re OK. And Treat you so nice. They definitely treat us very nice and loving and I love that about every employee there that they treat you so nice. especially make sure You have what you need. Gives you recommendations where To go Cancun if you don’t know just 10 out of 10 the most down to earth people and I will definitely come back to this hotel just the experience the people the food and everything I loved this hotel loving no one‘s rude and if they are they fix it. and if it’s someone’s birthday Deliver cake for whoever and decorate the room which I think that’s the most amazing thing that a hotel can offer and I loved everything about the hotel. And they also do shows every night, which I love couldn’t recommend a better hotel than this hotel in Cancun

I don’t recommend the hotel is bad because the food are disgusting, is not fresh and super hot ?? inside the restaurant
