My husband, our 11 year old son and I just finished our 5 night 4.5 day stay at the Dreams Vista Cancun resort and had the most wonderful time. Everything about our stay was easy from check in to check out. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive from the concierge and check in staff, the housekeeping staff, the bar tenders, the entertainment staff and the servers and cooks in the restaurants. Everyone was so nice and superb and went above and beyond to give us what we wanted to make our stay enjoyable. Our son especially enjoyed all of the amenities from the pools, to the surfing and water slide and most of all the game room. I would like to acknowledge the wonderful wait staff at the World Cafe, especially Carlos, Yurida, Vanessa, Noe, Gabriel, Giovani and Freddy. I would also like to give a shout out to the water aerobics staff who were so fun and also provided a great work out. Last but not least, I would like to thank and brag on the pool bar staff who kept our drinks cold and full and were very kind as well. We definitely will recommend this resort to other friends looking to travel to Cancún with kids and hope to return again someday. Thank you Dreams Vista staff for a wonderful vacation!

The whole place is totally amazing. The staff and waiters can not do enough for you. You feel very looked after. The service in all restraunts was remarkable. However the world cafe buffet, waiter Grovanni, he looked after us especially well. He new our drinks after only one visit and made us feel at ease every visit. Thank you everyone. We cannot wait to revisit very soon xx

Fabulous hotel offering an unique experience. We had a fabulous time. Food excellent. Staff amazing. Please go to the Lobby bar. The staff are absolutely fabulous particularly Claudio and Carlos. Having said that you cannot fault this hotel or any of its staff. For example on our second day we were looking for the coffee bar. We were at the opposite end of the resort but a member of staff very kindly walked us over to coffee shop. The gentleman in the sushi restaurant by the pool bar is so dedicated to producing beautifully prepared fresh sushi. Every member of staff is so engaging and friendly. You are made to feel special and welcomed. We will come back next year. Thank you all. I hope the management appreciate the great ambassadors you have. Thank you. Look forward to next year.

Overall great stay at Dreams Vista Cancun! The pool was lovely, always able to find a sun lounger. The hammocks in the sea were a wonderful touch. The hotel itself was mostly very clean. A little bit of mould in the bathroom and around the A/C in the bedroom but otherwise the room was completely fine and the beds were comfy. The food offered was great! Plenty of options for all dietary needs. The service in the restaurants was always fantastic. In particular we had a great experience every time we went to Himitsu (the Asian food restaurant) thanks to Humberto who provided excellent, friendly service always, as did the rest of the staff :). The evening entertainment was varied and we particularly enjoyed the fire show! We booked some excursions through the hotel rep: Chichen Itza, Xcaret and Isla Mujeres. We enjoyed all our trips and it was convenient to be able to book these at the hotel. We also made use of the Spa and had a great experience there. Something for those of you who aren’t so used to tipping culture like we were, make sure to bring plenty of spare one dollar bills or low peso bills to make sure you are able to tip well for all services. There is an ATM at the hotel that dispenses dollars only but it also charges almost 10 dollars to do so and you can’t control what notes the money comes out in. The shops and pharmacy at the hotel was really convenient as well!

We had a fantastic holiday. After 14 vacations in Riviera Maya we found Dreams Vista Golf & Spa much closer to the airport. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms modern and well appointed. Lovely beds and bedding etc. We enjoyed the restaurants and variety of cuisine's. The quality of food was excellent and the staff were fantastic. We would like to give special thanks to the following members of staff:- Carlos( Buffett manager), the two Vanessa's(Buffett reception) and Zoe (egg station). We also enjoyed the beach area and would like to give special thanks to Alvin the beach host who provided towels and made us feel special every day. Finally we we would like to give special thanks to our favourite musician, Josh. His guitar playing was fantastic, again making us feel very special. Also the concierge staff were very helpful booking my Golf at the Puerto Cancun Campo de Golf with very good guest green fee rates. We look forward to returning next year.
