Such a wonderful place to have a great vacation. Highly recommended. Delicious food, super friendly staff, beautiful location, very green area, nice, big and clean rooms. A special thanks to the angels from the kids club. They did their job on the high level. Valeria is such a kind lady , with an open heart and smile, always doing an extra step to make us feel comfortable. We left the hotel happy, relaxed and positive. Only good recommendations and definitely ready to come back.

Had a great massage from Liz! 80 minutes of complete relaxation! The spa area was very clean and the Hydrotherapy was very refreshing!

Very clean, modern and great service. We booked preferred and was well worth it! Very quiet resort but that’s how we like it. Food was decent at the Blue Water and Buffet, although buffet could have more options. Food was amazing at Vista Prime (steakhouse), Asian and Italian. Wine was pretty good for resort wine and thanks to Roberto and Branden for the best dirty martinis ?? made with Belvedere vodka! Small ocean area but never an issue getting a seat.. anywhere really, not sure if this isn’t there busy season ?????. Rooftop pool and ocean were our favourite places to enjoy our day. Our room came with housecoats, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toothpaste :) All in all, very happy with this resort.

I loved the location, away from the Hotel Zone so its more quiet and relaxed. We went over to Isla Mujeres which was convenient proximity as well. I strongly recommend booking into the Preferred Club to get the extra perks like the day of hydrotherapy and rooftop! The room was beautiful and spacious. We give so much kudos to Oscar, the Preferred Club manager, for doing everything above and beyond for us. The staff in general are lovely and helpful. No complaints at all with this property and I've been to CUN several times!

We really enjoyed our trip! The staff was so kind, special mention for Victor (at the beach) who was always smiling, you could feel that he really enjoyed his job. The service was incredible! We also loved Adrian at the sugar reef bar! He was always giving us exactly what we wanted without having to ask. His cocktails and jokes were always on point! Shout out Enrique at the buffet. He made sure that we had everything while practicing his French with us. Thanks so much to this trio for the great week! The food was great, there was a lot of variety! There is only one thing that i would change: Animation was lacking. It was kind of dead, no music, no noise, not a lot of activities. A little music at the bars wouldn't hurt! To conclude I really do recommend this resort but maybe more for people who are looking for a quiet time ! Thank you so much for the great week.
