Hotel was clean, staff was polite and welcoming. Food was mediocre, please keep in mind they try and sell you their membership for dreams/Hyatt and sales manager were very pushy and rude once we told them we were not interested. They offer a excursion to a market foe souvenirs however store was very overpriced and restaurant which was associated with the tour was horrible would.not reccommend - Mexico Magico

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Kids had fun at the pool side daily. Only let down was the food. Just mediocre.

The hotel was excellent, staff were all very nice. The room was kept clean & tidy, it had really good air conditioning and all rooms have balconies with a very nice view (the higher the better). Lots of restaurants and cafes on site, everything is included, gluten free options are available in most restaurants at mealtimes but very little gf snacks and not all staff speak enough English to understand what you’re asking for. Buffet gf options can be interesting at breakfast but if you ask the right people they will make whatever you want (the restaurant front desk ladies are very helpful and have good English) Bars are well stocked and the cocktails are great, staff are very friendly and plenty of poolside service. Location is a bit out of the way, you need to get an Uber to go anywhere, everything is too far to walk. Overall a really nice hotel filled with very friendly staff, definitely worth a visit.

This is my third visit and it just keeps getting better! The entire rooftop team took great care of us!! Jessica greeted us with smile and a story. Alexis took great care of us at the pool. The team at Blue Water grill went above and beyond!! Bernardo was amazing!!! Edgar and Marina were as well! Kudos to chef Heriberto. Food was fabulous!!
