I can’t say more!! I’m from the travel industry so I travel A LOT, I never once let them know I’m in the industry. They just go above and beyond to accommodate your needs and group. I have a severe allergy to peanuts and they have made sure I feel so comfortable, go e ABOVE AND BEYOND. My children have been so attends too, place is spotless… Wish I had known about this place sooner.

We were really looking forward to coming here after reading reviews about the food and location ,however we were very underwhelmed on arrival ,no explanation of anything they do here or where anything was ,when we asked anyone we were told to just use the app ,we booked preferred deluxe with plunge pool and ocean view ,the room was just basic plunge pool freezing ,glass doors are burnt from the sun ,room wasn’t particularly clean either ,we did complain because we really wanted to move hotels ,the hotel did pull out all the stops with this one and moved us to a master corner suite on the 6th floor ,this suite is stunning and the views are unreal ,the food is actually terrible I don’t know how people are saying the food here is amazing ,we have literally eat breakfast because you can’t go wrong with breakfast and then a burger at lunch ,the buffet is tiny and very geared towards the Americans not so much the English ,rooftop pool is beautiful however once again overtaken by drunk loud mouthed Americans who think everything is about them and they can’t talk they have to shout about everything ,the staff on the rooftop are first class the service they provide is exceptional ,so friendly always smiling addressing you by name when they see you special shout out to David and Jessica on the rooftop pool so friendly and always remembered us and made time to speak to us ,housekeeping also amazing always did a fab job of cleaning the room ,it’s a very mixed review ,the staff are great ,food is terrible ,vista prime steakhouse was a huge disappointment also ,the wind is absolutely awful to the point you cannot sit outside at night and enjoy it the wind just blows you away literally ,the beach is nice but very tiny and the smell from the beach by the golf course is vile ,makes you feel physically sick it smells rotten,would we return ? Absolutely not ,location isn’t great nothing is nearby apart from the ferry terminal which was great to go to Isla mujeres which was beautiful ,there is little to no entertainment we spent every night in our room not even on the balcony because like I said it’s far too windy ,it’s not a little gust or breeze it’s like being in a storm ,,couldn’t swim in the sea either as I say the smell from the beach by the golf course was very off putting ,we couldn’t wait to leave to be honest

The staff are so helpful and friendly and the overall hotel is outstanding i was very impressed if you are after a nice relaxing holiday I'd definitely give this hotel a go

Five-star experience! Beautiful surroundings, top-tier food, and flawless service. Roberto (waiter) in Italian restaurant is vey attentive and extraordinary! Everything was impeccable. Best hotel in the area!

Traveled all the way from Ireland. Amazing experience. Arrived and all was very stress free and simple, great after an 11 hour flight. Food was great, the speciality restaurants were good too. Beach was good, lovely water, staff did amazing job clearing seaweed, quite difficult to get sun loungers on beach unless in evening, the pools were fine though. All rooms have view of ocean and mini fridge was included and restocked daily. You could book excursions from the resort but were on the pricy side. The AC was very strong indoors but North Americans tend to like it that way. Main pool could do with being warmer. I would come back again
