From the moment we arrived, we were treated with the ultimate respect by the staff. In the evening, we had our first encounter with some of the staff at the bar and got to know Juan the bartender who was funny intelligent, and made us feel at home. Through the week as we encountered more of the staff, we started to feel an attitude of love from all that we encountered we got to know, Jorge and Jason who were great people and treat us like family. All through our stay by so many of the staff including waiters who sang to our baby grandson, the cleaning ladies, Victor in the front, and just everyone made our family have a great experience. We actually will miss them. The food was amazing and the facilities and shows were fun. We had an awesome time

This was my first visit to a UVC hotel, and the experience exceeded my expectations. From a logistical standpoint, the check-in and concierge integration were remarkably efficient. The property balances high-end infrastructure with an intuitive service model that anticipates guest needs. It’s rare to find a resort that manages to marry luxury aesthetics with such a disciplined approach to hospitality management.

The resort is beautiful and right off the beach. We celebrated our daughter's wedding and spent 7 wonderful days here. The waitstaff is very friendly and hospitality is a priority here. Jorge at the lobby bar made us feel like family and took very good care of our family. We love Chucky! The resort is safe, clean, and has something to do for everyone. I would have loved for the bars to be open after 12PM on weekends, but that is a personal preference and not against the hotel. The hotel, housekeeping staff, room service, bar staff, restaurant staff, THE FOOD, all of it made for an amazing experience and my daughter & SILs celebration was excellent. Thank you all for everything you did for us!

Lesly, the hostesses welcomed us with such warmth and genuine kindness. The waiters Mario, Richard, Geyler and Edgar were absolutely exceptional very attentive, friendly, and always smiling. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, constantly checking in without ever being overbearing. You could tell they genuinely cared about our experience, and their positive energy made every meal feel special. The hostess, Lesly and waitstaff, Mario, Richard, Geyler and Edgar are truly a huge part of what makes this resort so amazing. Jason and Henry at the rooftop pool made our entire experience absolutely incredible. They were always one step ahead, making sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask. Whether it was refreshing our drinks, checking in on us, or just bringing great energy to the space, they did it all with a smile. Their professionalism combined with their fun, upbeat personalities made the rooftop pool such a highlight of our trip. Henry and Jason truly go above and beyond, and they are a huge reason why our time in Cancún was so memorable. We can’t wait to come back and see them again! -Raquel

Our family went to Dreams vista for spring break with our 12 and 14 year old daughters. Everyone had a great time. My husband took advantage of the golf next door several days. Book at the hotel to get better pricing we learned. The food was amazing. And the service even better. Here were some of our favorite people: Yoshua server at prime Luis server at Mexican restaurant Roman server at portofino Kendor pool server - he kept the drinks coming and had toppers added ?? We had a family suite with plunge pools. The kids loved the plunge pool. Highly recommend checking out this resort!
