I honestly had the best time here ! The food was really good, lots of options from the taco grill, buffet, speciality restaurants and room service ! I had someone in my party have a gluten allergy and the entire staff was so accommodating and asked every time we stepped into a restaurant or place with food or ordered food. The food was labeled with allergies and even gave her many options for food. Everything was clean and the poolside service was very attentive even when it was busy on the weekend ! I had such a good time here and already thinking about going back

We had an incredible stay at Dreams Vista Cancun! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful the resort is. There are so many thoughtful touches throughout the property, and everything smells amazing — even the beach bathrooms! The decor is stunning and the views are absolutely breathtaking. Our room was spotless every single day, and housekeeping did an impeccable job. Room service was always prompt and reliable. The food was honestly the best resort food I’ve ever had. We visited almost every restaurant and each one was excellent …such great variety and quality. What truly made this trip special, though, was the outstanding service. Every staff member goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. They acknowledge you as you walk by, greet you with a smile, and genuinely engage with guests. It creates such a warm and friendly atmosphere. A big shout-out to ALL of the Dreams Vista staff — you are amazing! Special shout-out to Zeus, the aquafit instructor …funny, friendly, and full of high energy. Rubi was also fantastic; if you like a more fast-paced workout with some Zumba flair, she’s got you! My mom and I did these classes almost every day and loved them. I would come back to Dreams Vista in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about the resort & staff. Excellent food/restaurants. Beach staff - including Victor, Kendor & David could not do enough for the guests. Entertainment team including Edwin, Rubi and zeuz were amazing! All staff is very very friendly.

It was our first time going to a Dreams resort … we didn’t know what to expect as we have mainly gone to Secrets resorts but Dreams Vista did not disappoint. It was fun trying to navigate the huge hotel and figuring out where everything was. Linsey at the blue water cafe on the roof top greeted us every morning with a lovely smile and the servers also were wonderful and very attentive to all the guests (I wish I could remember their names..sorry guys). We never had a problem with the resort and enjoyed all it had to offer from Victor at the preferred beach area … he greeted everyone with a smile and kind words and towels and an offer to help set up for our beach time. The servers at the Baracuda Bar were fabulous all of them and the fact they remembered us when they worked by the pool and we were there too was awesome! We went to coco cafe every evening after dinner and ordered our herbal tea for our walk back to our room and the girls Gaby and Marina always were happy to see us and remembered our orders… we were there for 2 weeks so we saw them a lot. I crocheted dish cloths while I relaxed on the beach or by the pool and one evening I gave Gaby and Marina each a dish cloth … they loved them! On our last day they gave me a little going away gift and that was so sweet ?? can’t say enough about those two. We never had a bad meal anywhere … all the restaurants were great and all the servers were very friendly. We would love to come back some day with our family and grandchildren.. they would love it ??… Thank you to all the staff at Dreams Vista you are all great and hard workers.

The hotel was great , amazing pool , superb gym , 4 decent restaurants to choose from and a brilliant coffee shop : Coco’s ( Isabel & Monserrat were fantastic )
