The Lobby Bar was amazing with William and Christoper and Antonio! They are amazing!

Amazing customer service and beautiful hotel , our suite had a gorgeous view. The shower , the bathtub, everywhere you can see the beautiful ocean

2nd time and was just as wonderful as the first. The views are absolutely beautiful. The staff are Amazing! We were here for our sons wedding and Ariadna the resort wedding coordinator was absolutely amazing! It was very stressful planning it over zoom and emails, but she nailed everything, and was on top of everything throughout the rehearsal the night before and the day of the wedding. My husband and I stayed in an oceanfront master suite and it was huge, and he hosted our son and all the men for the getting ready wedding day. They left quite a mess, lol but the housekeeping was called and they cleaned it spotless, I did give them a very large tip, lol. I want to thank Ariadna for all her hard work. The housekeeping staff of Mayra and Cecilla and the wonderfull staff at the Bluewater Grill, Mario (who remembered us from our last visit) Geyser. Richard and Juan. All of the staff were amazing everywhere we went.

Humberto remembered me from day one and made sure to make each dining experience special! He was a highlight and a reason Id return!

Great resort, great staff, shout out to Pamela at the concierge deal, Yair and others. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Spacious rooms clean facilities, great food. The beach is very small and a large portion is reserved for Preferred guests, thats guests who pay a premium which in my opinion is not right. They also have an aggressive marketing campaign where they ask you to attend an hour and a half of their presentation. They can be quite aggressive. We were approached by a staff at the VIP desk who talked us into attending this presentation the next day and a promise of $250 in coupons that we could use at the resort. We felt we wasted 1/12 to / hours of our time. I think they should put out the info for whoever wants to attend the sales presentation on their own with a promise of coupons if you attend.
