The place sucks! it should be rated a 1. its a come on to say the least. it should be torn down. this isnt a resort its a cattle farm or abandoned hospital Complaint # 1. registrar at front desk putus in rooms with non existent AC, mold and mildew, dirty towels and a broken sliding door that faced the beach, with loud music from a DJ outside our hotel room. we complained and they gave us another room- AC was better but went out in middle of night. my son changed his room again at 1 am due to loud music and same AC issues.(had to change twice on our first night) Complaint #2 management was non existent to really address our complaints. we dealt with front desk personnel that really didn't give a crap We decided as family that we were moving to another hotel- it was our vacation right? we are supposed to be enjoying ourselves- we weren't. so we left- there was no one at front desk. so we walked out. i have asked my credit card to reverse the charges for the two nights we didn't stay there. Krystal is fighting us. if you want a place where there is no AC in the hallways and rooms- this is the place for you. if you want a place that your viewed as a number and not a guest- this is for you! if you want a place that you have issues with mildew and mold- This is for you! If you want a place with constant loud music- this is for you
