Front desk lies to you about your room and try’s to talk you into upgrade and upgrade is same room. This happened to me with Carlos. Then Alex at gate wouldn’t let my driver pull in. The rooms smell and you hear loud club music till 4am. There other places near way better. I learned my lesson.
Bad Hotel, Bad food, bad everything.....

Worst experience.... Basic and cheap food, sales people all over the place trying to sell you memberships, lines everywhere, the worst bar I have seen in years serving bad expensive drinks in plastic glasses and 10.30 is last call. For almost $650 a night we expected something better.... They ruined our vacation.... The SPA was excellent though but still....
