We had a great time specially with all the pools activities. Our family enjoyed playing basketball in the pool and participating in the aerobics pool activities.

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. The staff is welcoming and friendly and the best part is majority speaks English. The hotel is in front of a beautiful beach with white sand and the water is very beautiful. The pool area is very family friendly. Daily they have different activities for the entire family. The hotel also provides special services to celebrate any occasion. We were celebrating a birthday during our trip, and the hotel arranged a beautifully decorated room complete with balloons, candles, and even a small cake, all at a very reasonable price. They offer customizable packages for honeymoons, anniversaries, birthdays, or any other special moment. I will surely be back.

The hotel is very outdated. The rooms are very damp and feels wet. Beds are uncomfortable. Bathrooms needs remodeling. Staying here was absolutely terrible. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Food options are terrible. My husband got sick after eating at the buffet.

Justo was very friendly and had great service. His personally was great and he delivered the best service! Justo gave great advice on the menu!

Excelente servicio from Mr justo at las velas. Great service, good food. Would recommend to anyone. Lots of variety to choose from.
